Default tax code of the report code is fetched overriding the tax code set on the sales contract line item

Adding custom fields in IFS cloud environment

I need to add some custom fields in IFS cloud environment to recreate a customer scenario.  Is there a method in IFS cloud to add custom filed directly? Furthermore, if I need to add number of custom fields in IFS cloud what is the best method?

Two related issues:1.            When a user that is not in a user group refreshes project connections, all customer order connections are removed.2.            When a user that is in a user group refreshes project connections to restore this, only connections of active projects are restored. Test Plan •             Login as User JARNO/jarno (Any user)•             User JARNO is removed from all user groups in company P10.•             Created a work task from Work order in activity sequence 100221678•             RMB and navigated to prepare WO window and under work task tab enter new record with duration. “Print handling unit content label” check boxes wish to be checked at once in shop order window under handling unit structure tab.

“Print handling unit content label” check boxes wish to be checked at once in shop order window under handling unit structure tab.I had to face to a scenario where there are 250 handling unit lines are involving in a shop order that needs to be printed.    Test stepsGo to a shop order window > Query for a shop order that is connected to a handling unit> handling unit structure tab Need to check all the check boxes under print handling unit label > I had to tick one by one for all the lines.Once, there are lot of lines, it is bit time consuming. So, is there an easy way to check all the checkboxes at once?

Late order message for safety stock

Question on project safety stock in APP8.  We had the project safety stock requirement checked for a project activity and safety stock quantities entered for some purchased project parts on the inventory part. The buyers noticed that they were getting PMRP action proposals for the project in production that said “late order” even though the POs for the parts were coming in well ahead of their shop order demands

Manufacturing clocking's is calculated on the wrong date

When an employee works overnight labor clocking's within clocking on day 1 and out clocking on day 2 is 'calculated' on day 2.  This causes a mfg. diff. on day 1. Furthermore, duration of the labor clocking is calculated to 0.Could you advice any known workaround available?

ORA-20111: SubProject.FND_RECORD_NOT_EXIST: The Sub Project does not exist.

When we add Project_Role_Assignment_RRP in HUB fail with ‘The Sub Project does not exist’ error in satellite, where relevant sub-projects already exist on the Satellites.Any Idea on the reason for the above error message.

In IFS Apps 10 Update 11 Aurena, we have found the following issue on the Product Structure screen (Engineering > Structure > Product Structure > Product Structure) (Issue # 2)When we click on the magnifying glass to open the search tool and perform a search, a small yellow circle is shown next to the magnifying glass icon. This is intended to show the quantity of records found matching the specified search criteria, but it shows the wrong number. (e.g., in an environment we entered "500-Z" in the part field (i.e. we searched for structures for part numbers starting with 500-Z). This search returned 2 results (visible in the tail record selector) but the number next to the magnifying glass shows 1.

Performance issue in the project connections window

We are experiencing a performance issue in the project connections window. The Screen "Project Connections" is very slow to load, depending on the physical location and the size of the project, it can take up to 20 mins to get a result. This is connected to the case G2227269.Best regards,Elath.

Unable to cancel an Activity where there are Tasks with progress.

The Task completion checkbox must be unchecked or Progress set to 0% before the Activity can be set to Canceled. The Task will then be deleted and there are no track on actually performed tasks on the canceled activity.The core functionality of deleting tasks is more suitable for Deleting a Project Activity than cancel of an activity when looking at an option to cancel a started activity. Test Scenarios:1. Create a project activity, set to status approved2. add a task with checkbox Completed set on the activity3. add a task with a progress between 0% and 100% on the activity4. Change status on the activity to Canceled (RMB/Status from the activity head)5. Verify, not possible to cancel activity due to task progress >0%-> Need to change task progress to 0% before Activity can be canceled and then all tasks are deleted -> No track on already performed work. Should It be possible to cancel an activity where you have reported progress on tasks ?

Connect an attachment via the Object Connection Transformations window

Assume a manufactured inventory part with a purchased part in product structure with routing operation work guidelines where we connect an attachment via the Object Connection Transformations window.(which adds the document to the work guideline as a link)On Shop Order window, when we RMB>Reports>click Work Instruction…Check box Print Attached Documents> ticked, Work Instruction is printed for Shop Order, but Attached Document is not.

Labor Clocking's in the Shop Floor Workbench

In APP9 when customers are in the “Shop Floor Workbench” screen, customers can clock in labor on multiple shop orders at the same time, both on the same resource and not on the same resource without the system asking or warning. The system does continue to clock labor on each shop order that is running concurrently, and each shop order that is running continues to show the gear icon. Question: If customer have “ask” selected under the “allow concurrent operations” for the labor class, why isn’t the system asking before clock in under multiple shop orders?

New History Tab in Shop Order

The customer is upgrading to APP9 and they are asking about the new History tab on the Shop Order. There is now an Order History tab and a Material History tab. I believe the Material History information was always available but now it is included under a History tab with Order History information. The customer wants to know that when they are tracking this Order History, how long will this information be available? Is this working with History Logging where they can have this automatically cleaned up based on the setup for History Logging or is this Order History on the Shop Order independent of that? The customer is also asking what is the impact that this additional history logging could have on our system.

Missing code part checkbox in Project Resource Forecast

When entering a Resource into a Project Resource Forecast, a warning is given that the Project Cost Revenue Element (PCRE) is mandatory. After ignoring the warning, looking at the Cost Element shows the PCRE has an entry. However, the checkbox for missing Code Part remains which prevents further processing.

Saving multiple line items to a template

One of my customer is trying to create a default Project Role assignment and expected to save these roles as a template in APP10. However, customer doesn't have the option to do that. but It does have the option to save as a template when trying to save a single line. However, customer cannot add other lines to that template and have to create a new template for each line. Is there a way customer can save all these lines to the same template?
