Hi All, Is there anyway to print the pdf from the Print Pick List screen. There is a prompt to “print” the pick list but it just executes the report creation. How can we enable the print prompt from this screen like the other pages in Aurena.
Hi, Our operations user completed a serialized structure with serialized components but did not assign the component serials to the correct assembled serials. Now all the finished goods are not properly recorded. How can we rearrange the as built structure to show correctly?

Hi I am trying to disable the Receive button when the parts to be received are serialized in order to force serialization at our receiving instead of after IQC. I tried manipulating the Enable string in the page designer without success. Not sure that is the best way. How would I alter the below so that it does not show up for serialized part lines? Hi All,We have a standard document text for the PO to be added to the Document at print. In some use cases the user will want to edit the text for a given PO which is not possible from the PO. To solve for this, I would like to add the Document text as the PO Header Text by default for every PO. This will allow the user to make any edits they need without the risk of having a blank header text printed on the PO. However I have been unsuccessful getting a custom event to work. I tried using the API Document_Text_API.New_Note_Text but it does not seem to be working. Any suggestions? Thanks.
Hello, When we unissue component material from a shop order we do not want to unissue back to the original location. Instead we ask the production associates to unissue to a location under a specific location group and the Location to Unissue page. I would like to create a custom event to validate that the user is selecting the appropriate location group when unissuing from shop order but I cannot seem to find the correct logical unit to use. Any ideas?
Hello,We recently went through a migration where inventory parts were given the wrong UOM and inventory was migrated. How can we update the UOM to correct the issue. The qty is correct but the UOM is incorrect. Does this require a DB level change?
Our team is looking for the simplest way to return used components from the service field into inventory. We are aware of the work order function but we are not currently using IFS for our field service. However I would like to use the return to stock function and I would like to create a custom page with only this feature. Can anyone help how to work through this in detail? I am aware of the custom projections and page configurations in Aurena and the documentation instructions but I have not been able to figure it out. thanks.
We commonly face the issue of duplicate suppliers being created. I am attempting to create a custom event to do a soft validation when a supplier is created to check if there are others with a similar name but when I am creating a new supplier I do not get a message when I should. I am trying to enable a custom event on the PO to verify if there is an attachment before it it sent for Authorization. I am using the PO Status as the trigger but the alert will only come after the Authorization step. Any suggestions? Thanks
We have vehicles we would like to track serial structures for. We created the vehicle serial structure and I am attempting to use the excel migration tool to update the Consist of tab with part numbers and serials. Some parts load find but I receive an error for some that state “The Customer Info does not exist.” We are not deliberately associating our vehicles or parts with any customers. I created a custom field for the Purchase Group window. I would like that field to be available for view in the PO screen when user usese the Find function for the list of values. I am using the page designer attempting to find the option under >All Elements> Lists but I am not able to find the ability to add the field.

Hello,We went live recently with IFS 10 Aurena. We are having some process pains when it comes to processing supplier invoices when there is a receipt pending or some other discrepancies which require our supply chain team to resolve. This is resulting in a lot of past due invoices. We are looking for a systematic triage where AP team can notify the purchasing team and the purchasing team can then systematically view a copy of the invoice document and a note from the supplier confirm when the issue is resolved and send a note back and reassign to AP. Does anyone know of this process being in IFS? Thanks.

Hello, We just implemented IFS and we are using the Inspect in QA process. Some receipts are for large quantities and we would like to release partial quantities from the receipt. Currently we are registering the inspection results for partial qty then changing the total inspection qty to zero in order to allow Move into Stock. However this restricts us from inspecting further until the stock is moved. Is there a better solution?
When trying to receive an inventory part, I receive this error. It appears to only occur when trying to receive a Purchased(raw) part. I get the same error if I add another cost bucket as noted in the error. Thanks

Hi, I have a user that is unable to see the list of Purchase Order Authorizations pending in Aurena. User is unable to view in My Purchase Authorizations, Purchase Order Authorizations, Or on the Authorization tab on the PO. User is an active authorizer and part of an authorization group. I am using the same settings for other Authorizers who are able to view the list. And ideas?
