After I create a Document with Multiple sheets, and I want to connect all the sheets to an Object, I have to manually connect all sheets to the Object. I can utilize the Document Revisions screen and select all the sheets for the Document Revision and the Connect to an Object. If Document Sheet 1 is already connected, and I create new sheets after the connection, I can connect automatically using the New Sheet Wizard. Is there a way I can connect Document Sheet 1 to an Object using the Connect Object button on the Document Revision screen and all the other sheets are automatically connected to the Object? Our process is to load all the sheets first and then connect to the Object. Thanks,Gregg
IE Apps 10 -I am using the Retrospective Work Reporting – EAM. I issue part and Return Parts to Inventory When I go into the Work Order, the Issued and returned parts are not shown on the Material Tab or Returns tab The only reference I can find to the issued and returned parts are on the Work Task Costs Tab I was expecting to see material issued and listed on these screens. If one was to look at the Historical Work Order for this Object, and did not know where to look, they would think that were no parts issued or returned. Is this a bug? Thanks,Gregg
In IE, when Concluding a record on the Retrospective Work Reporting - EAM page, the associated Work Order status is Finished. In Aurena, when performing the same steps, the Associated Work Order Status if WorkDone. When creating a Retrospective Work Reporting EAM, a Work Type is entered. On the Work Order that is created, the Work Type is blank. Is there a way to automatically have the Work Type added to the Work Order? The Work Type shows up on the Work Task associated with the Retrospective Work Reporting EAM but my client would like it to also show up on the Work Order record. Thanks,Gregg
I am using IE to create Lobby Elements for Aurena. I am trying to create a Lobby Element for Active Work Orders that are 90 days or older. The Actual Start date field in IE is REAL_S_DATE.The Actual Start Date field in Aurena is RealSDate In IE, on the Data Source Designer, I can set up Condition to beREAL_S_DATE < to_date ('#NOW#', 'YYYY-MM-DD-HH24:MI:SS' ) -90and it works in IE. If I try to create the Lobby Element for Aurena using the same Data Source, I get an X. How do I set up the Condition for Aurena? Does the field name need to be changed to match the one is Aurena? When creating a New Database task for PM Calendar generation, I have seen examples for the Start and Stop Date being added. Some of the examples I have seen are actual dates:Question:1- Are these dates actually needed on the Database Task? When you create a New Schedule, you can add the Start and Stop Dates on that page.2 - Can these dates be in the past (as shown in the screenshot)? Would this prevent any PM Actions outside the Start and Stop Date being generated? or does the date on the New Schedule override these dates?3 - Can you just have SYSDATE and SYDATE+7 for the Start and Stop Dates? One of our customers is having issues with Maintenance Plan Generation for a Condition Based PM Action. We are on IFS App 10, Update 11This is how the Object and PM Action are Setup.Serial Object with a Mileage Parameter Test Point (Value Type - Accumulated, Meter ID Required-Not Used) I created a PM Action with the following ConditionStart Value – 1500Interval – 1000Performed Value Based – No After setting the PM Action to Active, I added a New Reading Value of 1500 to the Measurements for Object Screen and then ran the Condition Generation to generate the Work Order.I processed and Finished the Work Order and started adding new measurements to the Measurements for Object Screen (1750, 2000, 2500). I ran Condition Generation to generate the next Work Order, which it did. I processed and Finished the Work Order. I started adding new measurements (2750, 3000, 3250, 3500) and ran the Condition Generation. No new Work Order was created. I checked the background job and it executed an
We are trying to combine some transport tasks. On the Transport Task we want to use, we select the Available Single lines Tab and find the Transport Task we want to combine. When we RMB and select Move a Current Transport Task, we get the following error: We compare the transport task and all the information between the two Transport Tasks Match (Activity ID, Activity Sequence, Activity Description, Project ID, etc) Has anyone else experienced this error? In the Customer Order process, we have manufactured a Serial Part via a Shop Order, with multiple Serialized components. The Master Part is set up as Serialized with the Multi-level Tracking checkbox selected. The Sales Part has the the Create SM Object checkbox selected. When the Serial Part is returned from the customer, all of the serial parts are visible on the Equipment Object Navigator for the Serial Object. This is expected.ScreenshotsPart Serial>Serial Structure TabEquipment Object Navigator (after Customer Order Return) We are using the Rental Management Module and the Sales Parts is set up as a Sales type as Sales and Rental, with the Create SM Object checkbox selected.When the Serial Object is Rented on a Customer Order (Rental Order Line Tab) and is Returned to Inventory, via an RMA, the Serial Components do not appear on the Equipment Object Navigator. It seems the Rental process should be like the Sales process and the Serial Components should show up as well. Ha
