Hi ExpertsI created a Business Report for reporting Project Cost based on a accounting structure. If I set the paremeter for project ID to multi Value and select several project then i takes me more than 15 min If uncheck the box and set to single value then it takes the BR less than 1 min per project. So i end up faster when i select every project one by one. Now i tried it with Data Mart but ended up with the following error message. Neverthless i tought it would be faster now with data mart. now i am not sure if the data mart really took effect since the performance was not better then setting to online My questionhow do I setup the data mart correctly. Hi expertsi have been trying to setup the Project invoicing from one company to another company. the sent invoices stuck in status Released.when i check the connectivity inbox message nothing is there, its just empty i have also enabled the connectivity settings in the system setup all the invoices also gets created in the sending company and got posted I also think that i have setup the supplier correctly: and also the customer: I also checked the transaction if they exists in both company:I also checked the connectivity setup. maybe there is something wrong? i am not very sure with this setup: I am not very sure if the Message receiver is setup correctly. I allready searched the forum for this issue but I allready checked all these things (i Assume). Does anybody have an idea how to solve this?
Hi ExpertsI am having issue with the customers IL and GL setup. as you can see below you can see an example where vouchers from GL gets not posted into IL. As you can see in the picture above, Voucher Type S and E does not get posted or even created for internal ledger. in the below printscreen the vouchers are setted up for all the ledgers. there is also no vouchers excluded the authority levelis there anything else i can check?
Hi ExpertsI am using the ifs cloud 23R2. i try to import an external supplier invoice including the attachment (PDF file) into IFS. Either the external supplier invoice nor the posting proposal has an attached document. does anyone have an idea where else to look or have a hint what else to try? When i check the application message i see that both files were imported correctly: this is the routing adress setup for the document and for the xml file the routing roule for pdf file the routing rule for xml file in the external supplier invoice document files gets imported but stays in status loaded when i check the corresponding external supplier invoice and i click on attachement… ...i see that the invoice attachment gets recognized if i compare to a system which works (22R2) i dont have an attachment but I have different button “View Local File” and the imag file status has a status of “document not CheckedIN. and I also have a Imag File Name. in Both system the routing adress and rule

Hi ExpertsI have in App10 update 15 a wierd behaviour. when i Print the reminder the system somethimes fetches the wrong title. Below you see a invoice which is on level 1 and gets the Titel “Letzte Mahnung”.if i check the reminder template translation title is should come “Zahlungserinnerung” but in this case the system fetched for the invoice level 1 the Reminder Title from Level 3 funny thing is that the reminder text is correct thoughI also checkt that the customer has defined in the customer data the correct template 1 does anyone has an idea what the issue is?
When we import IFS e-Invoices then sometimes the file cannot be found. This means when the invoice gets created the file must be attached to the posting proposal manually. This is a awful lot of work when you receive more than 50 invoice a day. the result is that you dont have a pdf attached to the posting proposal which makes the creation of the posting very difficult.I assume this has to do with the release of 22R1. New we must import the PDF through the IFS connect Document__file_ImportBefore the release 22R1 the setup for the pdf file was made in the company header through the tab invoice:The Problem (i assume) whenever the XML gets imported before the PDF(see below Message ID that the xml was imported first)Then the pdf cannot be found when the invoice gets imported through ifs connectHere the Setup:The Routing Adress for the PDF importRouting rule for the pdf Import :Routing adress for the xml importRouting adress for the XML importOne Reader for both routing rulesHere is an exam
Hi ExpertsDoes anyone has the experience how to transfer Open Shop order from the financial point of view? Is there any best Practice approach for this topic? The main issue is that the shop orders allready have posted several Labor, mashine Time or material issues.Migrating Shop order through the Migration tool is not a save option since it is highly unreliable. Additionally i dont know if it is possible also to migrate the allready issued material or Labor and machine runtime.In order to prevent the open Shop orders from posting calculation differences, we are going to enter the open Shop orders manually. Currently i have the following Approach:change the shop order posting control onto a statistical account Reverse the Work in Progress account (Finance) onto an statistical account Create the open shop order in IFS so it will post the work in progress against the statistical account Enter the allready closed material issue, labor and runtime change the shop order posting control back

According to my documentation it says, that this event will be triggered when Material from supplier gets scrapped or returned against a credit note. I see that the M167 against M10 will be posted. Hi ExpertsI have loaded a file with external customer invoices and receveied the following error: Error (Field [CURRENCY] is mandatory for Payment Per Currency and requires a value.) occurred while booking Invoice KO 2048525.in the invoice line information i didnt see any unusual from the other invoices: Please Note the invoice amount is in total 0 since the line is in Minus and Plus. When i create a manual customer invoice manually i am able to enter minus and plus invoice position and i can post the invoice. Or lets say the invoice goes automatically to paid posted since the amount is 0.it only seems not to work when i try to upload the invoices. Does anyone have an idea how to correct the issue? Hi ExpertsI have the experience with a customer where the shop orders keeps on getting reopend by the system and closed again. i searched by the shop order number and i see Transactions starting from the 2.2.2022. on the 5.12.2022 i see it got open and closed again with some revaluation. I really dont know how to start with the analysing or dont even know whats the cause for this.

Hi I been trying to active the delivery Overhead but somehow it wont work. i Setup the Purchase Part with the delivery Overhead 10% from the last purchase Price purchase order is also created: definition of inventory part I have checked if there is a posting created in the Inventory Transaction history but there is no such overhead posting. I also checked the supplier invoice posting there is no overhead posting: then i checked the System Event for delivery Overhead setup. I cannot get the checkbox ticked since i get the error message: then i checked the Arrival Event and this is ok: Any Idea how i get the delivery Overhead posted? Best RegardsSophal

Hi Expertsi have created a Report of fix Assets object Transactions. Now i have objects (rows) where the total value of the obect at the starting periods are 0. That means the total of the object transactions equals 0 Is there a Solution or workarround how to filter these Rows from the report automatically?
