Visibility of products that has been shipped

It is not straight forward to identify which serials or batches were shipped. I was always advised to search into “Inventory Transaction History”, which is poor and technical (transaction code = OESHIP !) : for a single customer order, you might have lots of transactions, cancellations included, then you must look at the latest timestamp…On the other hand, there is this nice customer order line reservations analysis used an overview, but which is filtered for shipped units. Good news is that the view CUSTOMER_ORDER_RESERVATION being the scenes also contains shipped units. Very useful when I’ve built a lobby, but let’s extend this screen to shipped units. Note : now shipments are used with other sources like shipment orders from project deliverables, transfers, it would be awesome to make it generic and extend that list to everything which is shipped out.

Company applicability for supplier agreements

In supplier agreements, there is the list of valid sites, which is fine for small companies. But not multinationale ones. Imagine a group with 200+ sites and 20 companies. Their issues are :Define group level agreements (e.g. valid for x companies) Define country level agreements (e.g. valid for one company) And maybe define site-specific agreements for local suppliersThe usability improvement required is to define the scope of the supplier agreement based on companies and sites. Site column remains optional in the sense is could be valid for all sites within the mentioned company.Benefits are easier to configure the agreement, prevent making mistakes while adding sites one by one, and give a better visibility between group agreements, country agreements and local ones.

Mutating table vs BPA

Hi,As many of you, I faced the mutating table issue when doing custom events. I wondered if and how the new BPA would be a solution. Asynchonous continuations options hereunder seem to offer possibilities, but first wanted to hear from insiders of BPA and mutating tables.

Use datasource condition not working in lobby element

Hello,Using a lobby element that uses several filters With the option “Use Datasource Condition” enabled on the element The lobby counter is well filtered But the list is not, and the five same records appear with no consistency, whatever the selection is. Exchange PO flag not homogeneous

Hello, When requesting an exchange on a PO line, we have a nice check box to turn off and on When requesting it from a PR line, it is a list of values with a weird wording. Could we align the two ?

Performance issue in Shop Orders Planning

Hi,Using “Visualize Selected Orders” works fine in shop orders planning. But using “Visualize Filtered Orders” never returns the visual planning, even if the source recors are the same. Please see attached video for further details.

Obstructive maintenance load in Shop orders planning

Hi,Obstructive maintenance load is hereunder displayed entirely in “Machine Operations Scheduling” area, but not in column chart “Machine Load” when no manufacturing load is scheduled.An obstructive work task of 24 hours is scheduled hereunder Only 9 hours are displayed in machine load on 02/09/2021, and the remaining 15 hours are not on 01/09/2021From a business perspective, I won’t reschedule anything on 01/09/2021 on PR250 because the machine is in maintenance. The workload should be displayed in any circumstances then, whether manufacturing load is scheduled the same day. The problem was first reported in LCS case G2156460 (Machine obstructive time not correctly reflected in manufacturing visualizer) related to manufacturing visualizer in IFS Applications 10 IEE client.Detailed explanations received from Saman are reminded in attachment. I thought all problems described in the case would have been solved in IFS Cloud, but it seems not to be.@Saman K Could you explore this feedback

Wrong airworthiness regulation codes

Hi,In the release certificates flow, two system-defined airworthiness regulation codes are wrong since a while :. JAR_145 is obsolete since EASA was created. PART_M-145.A.50 is wrong : only Part 145 is relevant here, Part M is related to a Continuous Airworthiness Maintenance Organisation (CAMO). It must be PART_145.A.50Case G2037603-A is still open in LCS to handle it..

Proxy problem with ArcGis

Once selecting a GIS object and trying to connect it to an IFS object, the hereunder message fires. Seems my proxy definition is wrong, but I’m a bit lost amongst the different possibilities offered by documentation and what the integration tries to do in such a case as no IFS object is selected at that moment. ArcGis map fails

Hi,I’ve just followed up an old guideline to implement our ArcGis integration available on our Race databases. In the layer customer that has one IFSID 99, I have an error when selecting the GIS object on the map. “Mandatory field “IFSID” is missing in layer “Customer”. You cannot connect objects in this layer”. Any idea what it means ?

Hyperlinks in custom fields on Aurena

I created a read-only custom field to provide an URL to access a 3D model stored in the TeamCenter of my customer from the master part page. It is defined as an hyperlink in CF definition in IEE. But is not displayed as an hyperlink in Aurena. Did I miss a setting somewhere ? Working on IFS Applications 10 update 10.
