We have a scenario where we want all items on a customer to ship at one time. I have found the setting on the customer order and customer where you can restrict split shipments per line, but I can’t find anything that’s for an entire order. For example the order has 5 lines, we have 3 of the lines in inventory and the other 2 are PO Transit, we do not want to ship the customer order until all 5 lines are fully reserved. Has anyone else ran into this scenario? If so how are you handling it?We’re on IFS10 UPD13.
We are having issues were the same Work Tasks are reposting over and over and will not go to Final Posted status. We found this because we phased out some account numbers and those same transactions are now going into error status because it’s trying to repost using old account numbers. When we look at a single transaction on the Work Task Transaction screen and look at the Accounting tab, we can see how many times this specific transaction was reposted. It was reposted 30+ times on 6/1 and we don’t know why. Has anyone else ran into this issue? If so, how did you resolve it? We’re on IFS10 UPD13 but we discovered this while on UPD10
We have a weird situation where a user has a brand new laptop and IFS will not launch when trying to log into EE. The launcher doesn’t pop-up, nothing happens. When running in private browsing it will launch. Has anyone else experienced this? If so, how did you resolve it? We’re on IFS10 UPD10 and they are running the most up to date version of Edge: Version 98.0.1108.43 (Official build) (32-bit)
Has anyone had a custom background job killed by a schedule Light Cleanup? The job is marked as “Exclude from Cleanup,” we did this after it happened the first time and thought it would keep it from happening again. This background job was executed at the exact time listed in the error of the above background job. These are in two different queue’s as we’ve moved a majority of our custom jobs into their own to keep jobs processing. On another note, how often are you running the Light Cleanup job? What’s the suggested time frame?We are on IFS10 UPD10.
We have customer order lines that are Purchase Order Direct and when tied to a PO, sometimes the ship via and delivery terms show correctly on the PO lines and sometimes they don’t. Our users then have to manually update each line. Has anyone else experienced this? If so, have you solved the issue? We are on Apps10 UPD8.
Has anyone had issues with Inter-Site orders stopping because of an error message that states the EDI Coordinator is missing for the customer?The customer has the EDI Coordinator filled in and when I RMB to Approve it, it defaults to the correct coordinator. We are on IFS10, UPD10
I am having an issue where the quantity on my pick list is greater than the sales qty on my customer order line. It is also allowing our warehouse to Report Picking without generating errors. Our Pick List is pulling the Qty Assigned, so I’m trying to find a table or view in IFS where I can see how many the system actually reserved even after the item has been picked and/or delivered. In all the tables I’ve found the values move through the Qty Assigned, Qty Picked and Qty Shipped columns as those steps take place. Does anyone if there’s a place this information is stored other than the Order Line History Text? We’re on IFS10 UPD8.
We currently have some posting that are stuck in Status 99 because we are missing Posting types M121 and M125. The errors happened when we closed out a shop order. Does anyone use these Posting Controls or know what they’re used for? We’ve been using IFS since 2015 and this is the first time these have came up. We are on IFSAPPS10 UPD8
The Inventory Part in Stock Screen allows you to multi-select lines and the Move with Transport Task option is available. The box that pops-up has all the lines listed and you pick a single location. This however creates a Transport Task for each line. Has anyone else experienced this or have we ran into a bug? We are on IFS10 UPD8.
I am trying to setup one of our environments to do some training with the Credit Card Interface. I have the documentation and have the Routing Address setup with the pilot info. I’ve setup the Credit Card Gateway just like the documentation but I’m getting a “User Authentication Failed” message when I try to use one of the Credit Card numbers in the documentation. Has anyone else successfully set this up? We’re currently on Apps10 UPD6
I have one specific user that cannot run a quick report. She has a permission set that was granted access. I confirmed under the Manage Grants that her permission set is there and she is listed under the Users. Other people in her group that have the exact same permission sets she has can run this report. Has anyone else ever ran into this?
Has anyone experienced an issue where a user adds a shortcut to their navigator, save their profile and then upon their next login it disappears? I also have had users report that they’ll add a column to a table view of a screen, save their profile and that also disappears upon their next login.
