We’re struggling with the information provided by a project deliverable in terms of after sales service information:no serial structure no warranty information (available in the inventory part) incorrect operational condition no belongs to connection (similar to missing serial structure) current possition issue (is issued → needs to be in facility) Any informaiton if this will be coming or why is the information and creation totally different from the CO process, where the information for after sales is correctly stored in the object?T&R

These entities have different yearly end dates. One is following 31st of December, but others have a change e. g. 31st of October.What is the capability of IFS Cloud in this case and what will come with what release? Hi there 😀. The indicatior “create SM object” will create a serial object. My question is for the rental process:Doesn’t the CO in rental create a serial object? Reason is, that during the rental process service processes are needed and the asset should be available as SO. Thanks in advance again 😁
Dear community.In pevious versions it was possible to use mashine individual events to create WOs based on these events for the production employee.With these events maintenance WOs where created and maintenance could start working right away.With the new period logic, this seems to be impossible to recreate. How is it possible to use events for a very quick WO creation in order to have a production employee create WOs with just one click? T&R

Backround is the simple fact, that with the request management, the process for the customer would be better. However Work Order will be used, if the project activity is unable to create request. Hi everyone,I hope you can help me out with a little issue. The configuration:Display Contract = TrueMCH_Code = Trueand more. Then an object got connected to the GIS object via GIS Connections.While that is done we expect the information to be shown in the GIS map. However the GIS map shows no Object information. What could cause the issue with not showing the data? I checked the setup against the LKP TST 21R2 environment and it is the same, but there it is working and showing the information.Thanks in advance 😊.
Dear community,is it really standard, that the status of a completed Work Assignment doesn’t change the Work Task status to “Work Done” anymore? I see that behaviour on the 21R2 ifscloudr2bnt-lkp.rnd.ifsdevworld.com environment.From an organicational point of view, that is not good, since I would check for Work Tasks in state “Work Done” to proceed in the process. Or do we expect the backoffice to check on Work Assignments in IFS Cloud 21R2? T&RDADUDE
Hello all,is it wise to configure IFS Cloud GIS Connections with Map Positions? Somehow I can’t make the connection between a GIS Object and a Map Position in the GIS Connections page. As I understand the solution Map Positions are a different data set than GIS Connections or am I mistaken? Background is the administration of data in IFS Cloud, where Assets get a Map Position and now a GIS Connection to use the GIS functionality, as I understand the solution at the moment. Please advice or explain the possibility background for Map Positions to GIS Connections. T&RDADUDE
