Logs for Rest Call Custom events

Hi Is there a place/page/table to see logs for REST call custom event actions? We are trying to create one to create an event-based integration to another system, but every time the event is fired nothing will happen. We have confirmed with other event actions that our event is triggering, but our rest call seemingly doesn't hit. No errors on screen, nothing in application messages.Is there somewhere else that we should be looking? I have tried with Basic Auth and Bearer, we have tried multiple different Rest calls that we can get to work in Postman and in dotNet.We are on 10.8Best regards

Adding a custom tab with filter in Aurena to Business Opportunity

HiI have added a Custom Tab (Milestone) to Business Opportunity. Milestone is a custom page we have created ourselves.We have created a List element using our custom entity, and added it under the tab. This list does show data when we have no binding, but when we add a binding according to the documentation on Entity Associations no data is found anymore.  We have added the Custom Logical Unit to BusinessOpportunityHandling.We have made an Entity Association called Milestone Association between the BusinessOpportunity entity and our TOppMilestone Entity, with a Key Mapping of Opportunity_No to CF_Opportunity_NoThe list is set to use the same TOppMilestone entity.Is this a bug or is there something that i am missingBest RegardsNicklas

How to connect Aurena Standard pages?

HiOn the Business Opportunity in IEE, we have added Document folders as a custom tab via a custom field on BO called Top_Folder_Name, which maps to Folder_Name.How can we do something similar in Aurena? We would ideally like to extend the BO Aurena page with another tab, but according to the documentation that only seems possible with custom pages.What is a way that we can achieve a similar effect? Is there some smart way of navigating to another Standard page?Best RegardsNWM

Aurena Projection configuration: What is required for procedures to be available as custom action?

HiI am in the process of creating custom projection, and to this projection i would like to add my new Oracle procedure, Test_Procedure, as a custom action. First i tried putting it in a Test package TEST_API where i added the lu_name_ and module_ constants, but Aurena could never find the package. I then added the Test_procedure to a existing customized package CRM_API. I can find the CRM_API and its other procedures in the custom actions selection on projection configuration but not my new procedure.I have cleared the metadatacache and the projection cache along with the server cache. Still no successTherefore i ask, what is required for a package or a procedure to be available to be added to a projection as custom action?Best RegardsNicklas

Is it possible to create and check in a document in a RMB in IEE

HiIs it possible to create and check in a document in a RMB in IEE? Granting document access on multiple documents

Hi Is there in IEE a way that a user might grant document access to multiple documents without having to open every single document individually?We would like to avoid PLSQL scripting, as the user who would give access do not have access to the database, but are only admins in the document management area.Is there a screen we cant find, or a IFS standard RMB or assistant which does this? We are on IFS10 upd.8Best Regards

Document Content Seach Domain - Possible to limit Doc Classes?

HiWe are looking into enabling text search on documents, and have looked at the document content search domain which would allow this. But enabling this search domain, gets it to start synchronizing all documents, of which we have millions. Is it possible to limit this to specific document classes? We are only interested in doing this for certain document classes. Doing it for all our documents at once also seems unfeasible, at the rate of syncronizing we see.Is this possible, or is it necessary to create a new search domain?We use IFS APP10 UPD8Best Regards

Using Resource Attribute data in Custom Fields

HiWe have made use of Resource Attribute Basic Data, by creating several Resource Attributes with corresponding Resource Attribute Values. We would like to use this in custom fields on our resource, but how could this be done?We want it to be used as a persistent field, so that we can choose which of the attribute values the user wants. We ideally don't want an Enum, as it would mean two separate value list that both should be maintained, but we can’t get a reference field to work, because all the Resource Attribute Values are in 1 view, as opposed to separate view?Is this even possible?Best Regards

Group by error on custom field on Project History Info -> Revenue

HiWe get the following error on the Project History Info → Summary → Revenue after we added custom fields.  In this screenshot RR Actual is a custom field, just a simple persistent number field. The field itself has no select so it cant be failingIs this an error or is it simply not intended for new fields to be added here?Best Regards

How can we pull copies of documents via PLSQL and place them a specific place

HiAt various points, we need to get 100+ documents out of IFS, and leave at a specific path for others to then take. Is it possible to get these documents out via PLSQL. By searching the community i have found others who got documents out by mail, but with 100+ documents at a time this does not seem like a feasible solution.We have discussed having a Custom menu with a PLSQL method underneath. Could this work?And is it possible to place the files on the users machine, or only one central spotBest Regards

Exctracting view files from IFS

Hi We have a need to be able to make certain attached documents on invoices available for Audit purposes. The process today involves members of bookkeeping manually finding the invoices, then finding the attached documents of a specific Class, then going to doc rev, then viewing the document as going to save as in word to save the document in a specific shared folder. For hundreds of documentsGiven the invoices from bookkeping, it is simple enough to find the attached documents, but how can i extract copies, not the originals, from IFS? Some of the doc Class are saved in the database repository and some in an FTP. Best Regards

Aurena custom Methods for commands

HiI am trying to create a command which calls a custom method in a custom package in PLSQL. But when i go to the projection configuration, and search for my custom method on a new line under custom actions, then i am unable to find the method. The PLSQL package is specifically created in the schema of the application owner, so i would like to know what i have to do to make it visible and selectable. We have other custom methods that i can see and choose, so i must be possibleWe are using IFS 10.8

How to create Error messages in Aurena

Hi For several of our customizations, we use built in packages/procedures such as Error_SYS.Appl_General to throw errors in the IFS client and stop what a user is doing if they/what theyre doing do not meet our criteria. How can we accomplish this in Aurena? I have not had any success using these procedures as part of our custom commands.We are using IFS 10.8Thank you in advance

Aurena Column size configuration

We are only just starting to make use of Aurena in my company and so are having some beginnners questions, that cant seem to find the answers to in the documentation.When editing a column, are the column width/size locked to the control sizes? As an example, we have a column in the Available Training events that we think is to narrow, but when increasing the control size to double it is too large. Is it possible to choose a character length for a column. We tried the maxlength, but with seemingly no effect Best regards

Aurena lobby element not showing data in Aurena

We have recently begun using Aurena, and we have an issue with a lobby not showing dataThese are 8 lobby elements in a course calendar lobby in Aurena, that show no data. But in the IEE there is plenty of data, as shown below. We are using IFS 10.8The elements are using sql data sourcesWhat could we be doing wrong?
