Hi, I know IFS can return goods to supplier1)when receiving the goods2 )when PO is still open3)when PO is closed , invoiced , but Not posted to GL yet My question is , when a PO is already closed , invoiced , paidand payment is already posted to GL.eg: after 2 month , we find a defect , and would like to return to supplier. which function to use to return goods & get credit? when creating a user in IFS Cloud,for User-Type, you can select End User / Service User for End User , I know it is a normal Aurena user with username / password.while, what is a “Serviec User”? what is used for? does it a dummy user for Intergration(eg: with Dell Boomi )?or it means an “After Service” user for matainix only? Hi , from 23R1 ,IFS supports to call Workflow from a Custom Command. While, as I tested ,after the workflow executed (eg, changed some value of the Page)the web page doesn’t get refreshed.User have to manually click the “refresh” button to get new value shown. Is there any way to make web page auto freshed? ※I added a “Force Complete” Custom Command to a execute workflow after executed , data is changed , but page not refreshed.

Hi , for IFS , there are 6 system defined Project Roles ,Project Manager Financially Responsible for a Project Sub Project Manager Financially Responsible per Sub Project Activity Responsible Financially Responsible per Activity OtherBut I cannot find any defination, any desribtion for each role’s permissions.like what can each role do and what cannot do. besides roles , there is another concept called “Project Access” ，with that , we can assign Team , Person to a sub-project .my question is So, if we assign sub-project access to person A , then what he is able to do?only report time?or he can made change to sub project ? eg:add activity, complete activity, complete sub-project(finical project) is there anyone can answer the question?

Hi , we are using IFS Cloud 22R1 currently, we have a request from custmer that , for an Internal Projectthey want to use Project to collecting the Labor Cost.and, they don’t want to use Employee (only use Resource/Resource Group) what they want is :Time Report :Resource A(Designers): cost rate: $100/h , report time : 50 hours 2. Resource B (Operators): cost rate: $50/h, report time: 100 hours 3. Resource C (Managers): cost rate : $200/h, report time: 10 hours and finally , the Project Cost is : 100 * 50 + 50*100 + 200*10 = $12,000 Does IFS support this kinds of Reporting?
Hi, we are using 22R1 , and remote deploment.is there any quick way to import translation file after / during the fresh install (onto use place). I already know the manual way:https://docs.ifs.com/techdocs/21r2/045_administration_aurena/280_localization/030_import_language_files2/download_and_install_translations_manually/ but since we will have Japanese , Chinese (and more in future) there will be 2000+ filesas limition upload 50 files one time , it means we have to upload 100 times manually. any workwound for this?

Hi , I just installed IFS Cloud 22R1 ,during the installration ,I set“ifsappproxy.basicAuth = enabled” in ifscloud-value.yaml. So, my question is, what is the next step?for a specfic Projection(eg: ScrappingCausesHandling.svc) , how to make it support Basic Auth? in APPS 10 , via API Explorer , we can set a projection to “Include in Compatibility Application Type ” to make it support basic Auth. How to do this in IFS Cloud? 2. I alrady read this post , but is doesn’t mention how to enable a specific projection
Hi, my project’s scope is manufacturing -> Sales -> After Service (EAM) so, for Customer Order line, we will check “Create SM Object” to make IFS create “Serial Object” automactially when the order get deliveried. while, we found that after “Delivery”, we cannot undo the delivery, IFS don’t allow to do this(because there is a Serial Object). Is there any workaroud for this? thanks
