Can anyone share the FSM - UPS integration design document? FSM6 has a standard connector to UPS, but I can't find any documentation of it. A customer requested this documentation this week. Likely, such a document got released with an older FSM release.
Once you create a new quote for i.e. two additional contract lines, via the contract screen, quote tab, for an already existing contract id, it will create a new contract id with both contract lines. It won’t be added to the existing contract. The new quote will have a reference to the existing contract, but the quote_contract_lines will reserve a contract id number.Kevin Lobracco wasn’t sure either, if this is to be considered a bug or requires an enhancement.This capability is a requirement for an sales case I am working on.Looking forward second opinions regarding this topic.
My FSM6 contract selection screen is blank in the web client. It works just fine in the Smart Client. I have Update 21 installed since last Friday, but I noticed this defect just today.The issue shows consistently on the request, rma, request line, request unit and repair center screen. My workaround is to create the rma in the smart client first and continue in the web client for my presentation. All entitlements are applied correctly.Any recommendations how to fix this issue?Please advise.
Does PSO actually consider FSM part need part id and quantity in the scheduling process?I can’t get that to work anymore. You see the van stock in pso under the resoure details, but the resource selection doesn’t consider part need.I recall that you would see a match in parts on the pso compare screen. Please advise.
