We have a customer on Apps10 UPD7 trying to set up Active Directory User Integration Configuration but have not been successful.When 'Database Authentication not allowed' is unchecked, they receive error"Failed to perform LDAP search: [LDAP: error code 1 - 000020D6: SvcErr: DSID-031007E5, problem 5012 (DIR_ERROR), data 0"When 'Database Authentication not allowed' is 'checked, no users are synchronized.Please see attached screen shot
I know Oracle 19c is certified for Apps10 UPD6 and above. Is Apps10 UPD11 supported on Oracle 19.8 yet?
We have a customer on Apps10 UPD8, working on setting up SSO in their IFS hosted cloud environment, using Azure Active Directory and they are receiving this error after authentication when the Access tokens and ID tokens are unchecked and try to log in as user:“error=unsupported_response_type”When the boxes are checked, after authentication, error changes to “error=invalid_request”They appear to have followed all steps. See attached screenshot.
Why do I receive this message when trying to clicking on the application link for IFS hosted cloud Apps10 environment:It mostly happens when trying to go to the admin screen:e.g. https://<customer>-<environment>.ifs.cloud:48080/admin but also happens to some users on the main link https://<customer>-<environment>.ifs.cloud:48080
Question to any Apps10 customers hosted in the cloud. When you are hosted in the cloud, the only document management option is to store documents in the database. AS time goes on and the number of stored documents grow, this causes longer back-up times and increased database size.Has anyone tried to moved out obsolete or retired documentation?

In connect on Apps 7.5, can the default file out path for saving a file to disk be set to something other than related to the root directory of extended server? In other words a UNC path on another server. Tried a UNC path and it didn’t work.
Is it possible to set up user creation from Azure AD to IFS in Apps10 UPD8 in an IFS managed cloud environment? I’m getting conflicting reports. Has anyone been able to do this?
