Hi All,How to setup a lobby in AURENA as the home page for a group of users.In EE, we use to do it per Base profile but Base profile doesn’t exist in Aurena so is there is another way to setup the lobby other then doing it for EACH user (using Recent Screens button )? Hi all,working with UPD8. trying to add the below custom page in AURENA. This custom page must be added as a tab in ‘Project Definition’ function. when I Click on ‘View Page’ no content is displayed ! The page works totally fine in EE. Following the documentation, I believe the next step will be to add it to the page designer but I don’t have a Data Source field to specify when I create a new Selectors Help is much appreciated,
Hi Team,System event NEXT_AUTH_PUR_ORDER is used to notify next PO authorizer. It is working fine except for users in a special company. How or where do I need to set this group so they receive notification by mail ? what am I missing ?Thanks for your advice.

I just enabled this event but no notifications sent to the buyer :( Just wondering do I have to add a schedule via “Notification Schedule - Purchase Authorization” for the event to be triggered ?I just need a notification to be sent to the buyer directly once the authorizer approve it .I also simply try to create an E-Mail custom Event Action to be performed upon ‘NOTIFY_PO_AUTH_COMPLETED’ without luck. It failed with below error‘The directory id MY_USERID is not allowed to run the application.ORA-06512: at "IFSAPP.ERROR_SYS", line 140ORA-06512: at "IFSAPP.ERROR_SYS", line 341ORA-06512: at "IFSAPP.LOGIN_SYS", line 329ORA-06512: at "IFSAPP.LOGIN_SYS", line 136ORA-06512: at line 1” Just to mention that I got IFS_ALL permission and I can also run the QR in the frontend. I tried other QR also without success.When I change “Execute As” to ‘System’ it also fail with a different error ‘Entity instance not found. (QUICK_REPORT - QUICK_REPORT_ID=813974.0)’.Also to mention that we are on APP10 update 15.Much appreciate your help
Hi All,Something very weird is happening in Aurena Lobby.I created a lobby for Aurena and granted to a permission set.Sometimes when I login data is loaded properly without any problem at all then after 1 minute if I try to re login again the page cannot be loaded !! without anyone doing any modification at all .did this happen with anyone before ? Hi All,Is it possible in Aurena to implement a lobby which navigates to a custom page while passing a parameter to the custom page ? is there is a special syntax to use in the Web Access URL Address or it is something to add as binding in the custom page (what is the association to specify? ) In My lobby once I click on Project ‘X01’ I need to navigate to the custom page listing all users signing to project X01URL Address with this syntax just list users in ALL project: page/Signinout2/Signinout2Page?pageParams:$[cf_Project]$:CF$_PROJECT Thanks a lot

Hi experts,with EE, I know it is common question but still don’t know how can I hide a column in a window table for some users .If I hide it with column chooser, They will be able to bring it back! unless I revoke column chooser and this will impact all screens ... what are my options ? is custom event can be a solution …can I duplicate the window and hide it inside the new one ? how exactly can this be done …Much appreciate your help
In Aurena, i grant Training Event function (TrainingEventsHandling Projection) as read-only but the +/ edit /delete buttons are still available !once choosing ‘add’: The user will be allowed to enter all fields before a message 'No Access granted' will pop-up once he try to save it .why they are not disabled/invisible same as in Enterprise Explorer ? i have this problem in many functions ... any help will be much appreciated

Hi,While creating a new employee via ‘Employment Assistant’ I am having the below error ‘Insufficient access rights. you cannot register Employee Employed Period data for the employee 700056’.I know it is not a permission issue because the error persists even after granting full IFS permission.Any help is much appreciated.Thanks
Hi,We are not using single sign on.When a specific user is trying to open IFS EE to login , he is not able to enter his credential .He hold shift until below screen appears, untick Use single sign on but IFS is still not giving him the option to enter his credential and is automatically trying to log him which prompt an error. Any suggestion please ? we are on update 15
