one of our users has reported that he’s noticed the Safety Stock and Min Lot Size fields being updated unexpectedly. He’s noticed that these fields get changed to 0 and is not sure why this is happening. He’s asked his staff if anyone is changing the values but no one is. Is there a process that may be updating these fields that we’re not aware of?This is a snipit of the screen from Production with the values set to 0Here is a snipi from a non prod environment that was a refresh of Production February 4. Any suggestions as to what could be updating these fields or where to look would be greatly appreciated.
Is there any way to convert the IFS EE permissions into Aurena permissions (projections) or when transitioning to Aurena all permissions need to be created from scratch? Similarly, can Aurena permissions be transitions to IFS Cloud or do we need to create permissions for the cloud version of IFS. Thanks
We are getting T1 posting errors and cannot see why. The value C1223 used for the code part PROJECT is either missing, is a budget/planning code part value or has invalid time interval.The work task preposting is populated with Project C1223. the project has been re-opened and is valid until Jan 31.I have tried duplicating the issue in test but the time transactions are valid so we’re not seeing the same issue in test. Does anyone have any suggestions on what else to look for. ThanksShelley
We have attached documents to vouchers that are saved as PDF’s and some are 24 pages but they are taking ~10 minutes or more to open. Is there anything that can be done to make opening pdf’s quicker?
We some parts that have been set with Serial Tracking in error. I’m trying to clear the flags but am getting an error that “The part exists in the part serial catalogue”. What can we do to clear the Serial Tracking on these parts?
We have a user who’s manual supplier invoice window is not showing the Invoice Header fields. We’ve tried clearing her personal profile but it did not help. We also gave her IFS_full permission so we could compare all the Properties but all properties were showing as expected. Even with the IFS_full permission the screen was not showing the header fields.It seems to be only an issue with the Manual Supplier Invoice window and only the single user.Has anyone experienced this? Any suggestions would be appreciated
Why doesn’t the Maintenance material Requisition status change to Close once all lines are issued?

On the Register Arrival screen, we added Code_B so the users doing the register arrival would be able to see what ‘project’ the parts were for. I want to add the same field ‘code_b’ on the PO Line the to the Receipts screen but it’s not getting populated. Not sure what’s wrong.
We have a unit code of ea which shouldn’t have been created but can’t delete it because it’s been used. Does anyone have a suggestion on how to ensure that the users cannot type ea instead of EA?
Does anyone know how to show and search the Location_no field on the Inventory Parts screen. We have some parts where the default location is set but that part doesn’t show on the ‘parts in stock’ tab of the warehouse navigator. As a result, the warehouse staff cannot delete the location because that default location exists on another part. The user has no way to find out what part is stopping them from deleting the location. Thanks
Hi, We have created a custom tab on the Functional Object screen with several custom fields. I am trying to add another custom field to the custom tab, but I can’t get the field to show. I’ve added the field. It’s approved, pulbished and synchronized and I’ve reloaded the configuration but when I go to the Object Properties, it’s not in the list for me to add to the tab. What am I missing?
When a user attaches a document to a manual supplier invoice the document is available to view from the GL Voucher Rows or GL Voucher Row Analysis screens. I believe this is related to the fact that on the document revision screen, Object tab the Gen Led Voucher Row and Ledger Items are included. Where is this configured so I can get the documents that are attached to mixed payments and/or cash boxes copied to these GL objects like the AP Invoice documents?
I am trying to create a create window with transfer RMB option on the Purchase Order screen that will open the Manual Supplier Invoice screen and display the invoices with that PO number. It works if the PO Ref on the invoice doesn’t contain multiple po numbers. If the supplier invoice is for multiple po’s on the single transaction, we enter all the po numbers, separated with semi colons (;) and then match the lines. Is there a way to create the RMB option that will go to the manual supplier invoice screen if the po number exists somewhere in the PO_Ref_Number. Thanks
We created a new supplier by mistake and cannot delete it. There are not transactions or purchase parts associated to the supplier but when we try to delete we get an error that the “supplier is used by 1 rows in another object”Does anyone know how to delete a supplier that has never been used.? thanks

Hi, I’m wondering if it’s possible to create a new Customer Invoice Series and create an Invoice Number Series so that when we create Manual Customer Invoices manually, using the screen the system will generate the next invoice identity instead of manually entering the invoice number. In the Help the definition of the Unmatched Cash Transactions field on the Manual Transaction Matching window says:Unmatched Cash Transactions:The total amount of the unmatched cash account transactions. This should be equal to the difference between the cash book balance and the bank balance (i.e. amount displayed in the Difference field) once the bank reconciliation process is completed for the reconciliation date displayed in the window.Can someone please clarify why the Unmatched Cash Transactions field is not the total of the unmatched transactions displayed once the reconciliation date has passed. ie If I search in the Manual Transaction Matching window for April 3, the total of the 4 rows displayed is -11099.12 (SUPAY) but the value displayed in the Unmatched Cash Transaction field is -18783.12 which is the same as the Difference field. Looking for clarification on why MRP is create P’req lines when there is open supply lines greater than the safety stock. The Safety Stock on this item is 6, the Minimum Lot size is 12. There is 0 on hand and 20 on a purchase requisition (seen above). The P’req was entered manually and as a result of a previous MRP scheduled task. Should MRP consider all open po’s and requisitions when calculation MRP amounts?
