A function that can accept SQL statements and return the results in a table format

Hi All, One of our customers have raised following concern,“is there a function in IFS that can accept SQL statements and return the results in a table format?”Does anyone have an idea about this?

IFS Cloud Excel Add-in

Hi All,Couple of our customers have raised a concern that they are not getting the option to upload the manifest file from the Excel desktop client. However, they are able to upload it to the Excel web client. Steps that were followed :https://docs.ifs.com/techdocs/21r2/020_installation/400_installation_options/010_data_management/030_data_migration/Any idea what the issue could be?

Ifsdump.cmd does not pick up the log files when creating the .zip

Hello,One of our customers have reported that their ifsdump.cmd does not work correctly as it does not pick the needed log files when creating the .zip. I have compared the .cmd file with a file in a core environment and both look identical. Any idea on what could be the reason behind this?

Cannot update custom field from custom event

Hi All, I’ve created a persistent custom field in CustomerOrderLine LU and i’m trying to update the custom field through a custom event action.Event :Event Action :  The event is fired when the customer order line gets released but it never gets inside the FOR LOOP inside the SQL statement.You can see that I've added an error message to check if it gets inside the FOR LOOP but it never does. However, I can update the custom field value from PLSQL Developer just by giving the parameters correctly.Am i missing something here?

Change graphic in the lower right corner of a window

Hi All, I’ve come across with an issue where the customer needs to change the graphic that is displayed in the lower right corner of the IFS Applications window. I’ve tried the branding options available in the Admin Console but they seems to change only the login window. Does anyone have an idea how to do this?

IFS Application hangs when using Cisco Quality Management tool

Hello, One of our customers is using Cisco Quality Management tool in order to record for their phone calls and screen activity. They are on IFS Applications 9 Update 10. When they trying to run the Cisco QM with IFS Applications on Windows 10 version 20H2, IFS application eventually hangs. But, IFS application works perfectly fine without the Cisco QM installed.However, if they run Cisco QM with IFS Applications on Windows 10 version LTSB, they both work perfectly fine.According supported windows versions below for IFS Applications 9, Windows 10 version 20H2 is not yet supported for the customer since they are on Update 10. This could be due to the Windows 10 version 20H2 not being compatible with IFS Applications Update 10 or it could be Cisco QM. IFS System Monitoring Console not working for Database

Hello,   Trying to access the IFS Monitoring Console for both App9 and App10 in internal environments and when you go to the database side, all the tabs are empty except Database Parameters tab.  Following keeps showing on the developer console in chrome when you open the tabs.     Checked the tabs in IFS Applications and Middleware Server areas and they are showing okay and are giving the status code of 200.  If you copy the Requested URL and paste it on a tab, you should see the response but when I do that here, i get a 404 Not Found error.   Has anyone experienced this behavior before? Any idea what could cause it?
