Trying to set up the automation and facility to directly e-mail any manual/instant invoice we create. We have an e-mail event set up, but cannot get customer e-mail to pull through, which field should this be entered on to populate? Another way I had tried was setting up e-invoice in supplier card, the IFS Help section advises I can change the address after saving to an internet e-mail address, but I get an error when trying to change/save this?
Some of our suppliers tax code doesn’t pull through into the invoice entry screen despite being set up on supplier card?
Looking at reporting our debtors days, is there any reports etc that would be able to show/details this for us?

Have a PO, which has been closed, with 4 receipts but when matching to invoice only 3 receipts pull through. Can’t see the 4th matched to any other invoice and it does show on receipt history, but can’t see any reason why I can’t get this 4th receipt to pull through?
If we register an invoice with no PO and therefore the standard supplier basic terms, how can we ensure the payment terms are updated automatically on the invoice when the correct PO is added if this has different terms?
Is there any way of blocking zero value invoices being sent? We have had one or two created and have been sent out automatically as we e-mail a batch, can we select an option that won’t send any of these?

Is there a way to recharge a supplier invoice direct to customer. Ideally, what we are looking for is that a supplier invoice is created and approved for payment, but a customer invoice is automatically raised based on this for us to claim back the payment?
How do I reverse a Supplier offset made in previous Financial Year? I have tried the Supplier Payment Rollback screen but there is no option to rollback the matching.
Currently when finally posting a supplier invoice the J number is different from the original I This sometimes causes confusion when one colleague looks at report of J vouchers and asks a colleague who looks at I How do we line these up so that I & J match. Trying to find some confirmation on advance instant invoices. I want to add an ‘invoice’ onto the customers account which doesn’t hit P&L etc and is only to track sales during month until the monthly invoice run is processed. The reason being that they pay us a value each week against sales but we can’t track this against sales until the invoice is raised. I’m wondering if I can raise an advance instant invoice to track what they owe against payments on account in lieu of invoice being raised at end of month
Our process at moment for supplier invoices with no PO is to try and collate them and send them out to whoever we this is responsible Does anyone have a better approach, maybe one where we can assign the the invoice to a colleague and they will see via a report or lobby element?

At the moment we have a multi-step process to request/raise/send/process/match/post/pay or offset for intercompany transactions I am wondering if there is a process where the request can be processed in IFS and all transactions are posted from that 1 entry?
I can see IFS has an option of making suppliers/customers one-time. I can understand the benefit to getting a one off invoice on IFS with this, can can be tracked and paid in BACs run etc What is the benefit to someone setting up the account as opposed to a permanent account. Trying to work out if I ask someone to set up a one time supplier, why wouldn’t they just set up a regular supplier account to cover any possible future use?
Is it possible to have an expected payment date anywhere when analysing aged debt? for example we might show £xm as overdue today but we know from customers payment runs that won’t receive payment until 5 days later?
Have noticed on the Posting Proposal screen for an invoice which is against a Supplier that is set up with details on ledger that there is the ‘One-Time Specific Information...’ option when RMB on this screen. This appears to allow us to enter new details, Name/address/bank details etc, on a Supplier account that is already set up? Why would that option be available and what would it be used for?
Is there any Mixed payment templates or pre-population of fields in that transaction? Looking at ways of making sure specific bank transactions are coded correctly out with having an external note of correct coding
