Hi,I would like to have more information for the DSE calculation with 2 adresses for Technicians. 1/ I assume that if we set 2 adresses for an Technician : StartShift and Endshift, the DSE will use these inputs in the calculation. Right ?Use case : Startshift adress : Office Endshift Address : Home 2/ If we set 2 different adresses : Could we have the data of the last travel in the DSE tables (Service Order > Endshift Adress) ?NB : If the Endshift Adress is far from the Startshift, the total travel can be very different and the selection of the technician also for the last service order of the day. Hi,In the Alliance 15.4 SU7, we still have the transaction : PSA Task Templates(we also have some other PSA transactions)I know that the PSA Center is not available, but I wonder if we have a risk to use this transaction only to define Task Templates.Some prospects or customers have “project management” activities and even if the PSA center is not available we could use this transaction to define templates, but we need to be sure that this transaction will not be decommissioned in a future update.Thanks and Regardsanthony
Hi, I use the suggest SA today (29/01 for a SV Opendate 28/01 ETA date : 29/01/2024 16:00I run a search for tomorrow. I have a list of results.I select the first Tech in the list The SV was assigned to the tech at 00h00 on the 30/01 I assume that if I make a search for a specific date/time in the future, Alliance should assign the activity since this start date/time and not at the begining of the day.Thanks and regards anthony
Hi, For the Suggest SA function : when you use this functionality with the DSE :Is the result displayed by the suggest SA in relation with the tour built by the DSE (trial status) ? 1/ For example, with the screenshot attached, Alliance don’t suggest “ERIC” between 8 to 10 hours ? 2/ For example, with the screenshot attached, Alliance consider that “ERIC” will be on the customer site to calculate the cost and distance (kms/hour) between 8 to 10 hours ? or the suggest SA has no link with the DSE : To calculate the cost and distance for The Suggest SA we only consider the SV on the allocated/assigned/finished status and the geolocation of the Technician.Regards anthony
HI,We have a use case with 3 PM schedule maintenance for a same product: 1/ Maintenance 1 : each 6 weeks problem code A2/ Maintenance 2 : each 3 months problem code B3/ Maintenance 3 : 1 per Year Problem code CEach of them have the own pace, they are not linked in cycle.For the Maintenance 1 : For example : I have this shedule : 02/01/24, 15/02/24, etc each 6 weeks.If for this planned date (02/01) , I finally run the MP the 15/01, i would like to automatically posponed the second date : 15/02 to 28/02.We tried this PM Schedule maintenance, but it doesn’t work. After the first MP Done, the second PM date, still at the same planned date. What can be the best way to design this PM schedule ?Why we cannot use the “Floating PM” with a schedule “Alone” ?Thanks and Regardsanthony
Hi,We would like to send a consolidated email to a technician with some data.For that reason, we use a PF with a SQL action which give a list (list of PM SV for equipement with a certain status)Below, the list give 3 service orders for the same technicians Then we use this SQL in a process flow with an email action. In the PF, we use the field pm_sa_person_id in the field consolidated (we also tried with this field in the Key field)This field is present in the SQL. The result is always the same : We have n emails (here in our example 3) and not 1 email with consolidated data Could you explain the settings needed to send only 1 email.Thanks and Regards

Hi,I would like to run this use case : 1/ Create a prospect (a person)2/ Create a Customer (not active)3/ Create a Quote Contract4/ Add New OOS (Installed item) to the contract5/ Send the quote to the customer for Validation.Is it possible to define a contract quotation as an opportunity ? (or opportunity are only for sales order)A sale or installation is not needed, because, the installed item is already on the customer site.The customer only want a contract quotation to change his current service provider to a new one who will manage the maintenance for installed items. Hi, In the Activity Codes transaction, for dependencies we have 2 options: Pre requisite and Successor (not co requisite in this transaction).I didn’t find a way to put an activity as successor. Hi,With the SP4 SU4, we have an update for the MOE -10329. we can create a RA Inside Values : ▪ N=Return to Warehouse▪ O=Return to Whse & Create RA,▪ Y=Return to Whse & Create Inside RA. Could you explain the purpose and process for an inside RP ?For an inside RP, you don’t have a customer, but here the Technician is on the customer site and swap a component or installed item who belongs to this customer.Is inside repair provided for certain types of equipment (loan) ?Thanks and Regardsanthony
Hi, In the V15.4 SU2 we have a new functionality : Item Discovery Search on Mobile will now display the Site ID and/or Warehouse ID to indicate the source of the item being searched.Could you explain the page on mobile edge where we can find this option and if a setting (MOE) is mandatory.Is it in site detail ? or in a service order ?In my test : In mobile edge in a Service Order > Installed item card > Add new item > Scan and Search on Server an item > I only have the message “Sorry no records found”Thanks and Regards anthony
Hi,With 15.4 SU3 there is a new option to add a digital signature. From the 3 dots menu, select Digital Signature. A screen opens for you add a signature. When you click Submit, the signature is attached to the service order. Could you explain the use cases for this option ?How can we use this digital signature (only for internal resources) ?Thanks and Regards anthony
Hi,In the transaction PM scheduler batch :Is there a way (a setting) to consolidate SV for installed items when they are on differents contracts ? You can have a Site with multiple contracts (OOS = installed Items) and when you perform the PM for installed items in the site, you want to group your service orders even if they are on many contracts. Hi,With 15.4 SU4 we have this option orders that have demands that have not started can be cancelled and will have the disposition status =”Not used” or “ Not Done”. Fulfilled demands remain unchanged.1/ Is this option only avaiable for service orders ?2/ where the status “not used” or “not done” are dispayed in the screen ?

Hi, Is it possible in the Alerts (scheduling) to set alerts for activity status = 307 or 300 or 310 and to display them in the dispatch console. For example if you want to display an alert for activity with status 307 for 1H hour or more than 1 hour ? Hi,I have a use case where in a customer contract we have many installed item and we would like :1/ To suspend the billing for one of the items because the item is broken or out of order Do you know a way to suspend the billing process only for one item (OOS) of a customer contract ? 2/ To have a free period for an item under contract. The contract is active, but for one line (OOS) of the contract we don’t run the billing process or we consider that the price for the item is 0.I’m not sure that only adjusting the price of the item to 0 and then set the “normal” price could be a solution and if we could define aslo the start / end date for this free period.Thanks and Regardsanthony
Hi,In a customer contract you have 2 items as OOS.These items have the same planning of MP, but for one of the items, we cannot run the preventive maintenance in the winter months (ski station).If we set this line at seasonal in the contract (april to october for example), do we have an impact on the MP planning (no dates between november to march) ?Thanks and Regards anthony
HI, I would like to know the table with the data :1/ Installed item and customer site (as we could see in Installed item transaction or Customer center > Item Inst)I thought it was the table Item_Inst but it seems that we don’t have the customer site in this table. 2/ Installed item and customer site AND status of the Inst item and the PM_person_IDMaybe a sql is required for this second use case ?
