Dear all,we have integrated our IFS Cloud with e-days using restAPI and IFS Connect. There are outbound restApi calls with callback function stored in API package in IFS.The integration works fine, however from time to time we need to re-deploy the API package with the callback function to deploy bug corrections or improvements.After re-deployment of the API we are always refreshing all server caches, but despite that restApi messages start to fail with the following error:“Caused by: java.sql.SQLException: ORA-04068: existing state of packages has been discardedORA-04061: existing state of has been invalidatedORA-04061: existing state of package body "IFSAPP.ORI_HCM_EDAYS_API" has been invalidatedORA-04065: not executed, altered or dropped package body "IFSAPP.ORI_HCM_EDAYS_API"ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called: "IFSAPP.ORI_HCM_EDAYS_API" I would also like to mention that our MTS server is running 1 pod for connect and 4 odata pods.Is there any tip what
Dear IFS team,we are about to go live with b2b in IFS Cloud solution for procurement. It’s using Aurena B2B client for our suppliers to be able to participate in tenders. A pre-requisite for login to IFS B2B is an AD account in Oriflame domain for all B2B users due to security requirements and MFA authentication. AD accounts are created automatically by a tool called Microsoft Access Package, which is a web form to collect user attributes and approval flow. This tool was free but recently Microsoft changed the license policy. We are wondering if you are aware of the new licensing policy and if you have any alternative recommendations for your customers.Thanks for sharing any relevant information on this topic.
Dear IFS Team,we are going to use our IFS Cloud 22R2 remote installation for b2b with our suppliers.B2B itself seems to be working fine, however we see 2 following issues with B2B login.Login Screen - application login screen is offering Azure SSO and basic authentication too, considering b2b users are mainly using public access as they are external partners we see that as quite danger from security point of view. Landing page - there is only 1 common IFS Cloud landing page available for all users (standard users and b2b users). Since permission set FND_WEBENDUSER_B2B is allowing to login b2b client as well as standard client too, it might be confusing for the b2b users. Of course we are directing b2b users to b2b client directly (/b2b/ifsapplications/*), but there are cases when users are logout and directed to landing page by application when they are trying to re-login. Are you going to address issues above in next releases?

It seems PSO container images are available in jfrog repository however no PSO deployment is available in IFS Cloud installation to get them installed. Dear all,we are using following procedure on IFS Cloud 22R2SU8 to make outbound rest call to another third party system (3PS).Plsql_Rest_Sender_API.Call_Rest_Endpoint_Json(rest_service_ => '3PS',json_ => json_user_detail_,url_params_ => url_params_,callback_func_ => '3PS_API.Get_Callback',http_method_ => 'POST',sender_ => 'IFS',receiver_ => '3PS',message_type_ => 'CONNECT',accepted_res_codes_ => '201,400,403,409,422');It works fine with POST, however it does not work with PATCH, most probably due to the following additional header parameter being added by default into the call and not accepted by the 3PS. Hello,we have 2 running IFS instances, called DEV and TEST. We took DB copy from TEST to DEV instance and then just applied this command on DEV MT server..\installer.cmd --set action=mtinstaller --values c:\ifsocdev\ifsroot\config\ifscloud-values.yaml All the MT PODs are running fine beside IAM and Connect PODs.From Oracle sessions it seems the IAM POD can connect DB using IFSIAMSYS and IFSSYS user but then failing.I was checking REALM tables in IFSIAMSYS schemas and some tables are still referring to TEST instance.Is there anything on DB to be applied after the DB copy to make the DEV instance running?Thanks Jan

Dear all, it seems there is no High Availability scenario available with IFS Cloud Remote installation. I have found this article in technical documentation https://docs.ifs.com/techdocs/21r2/010_overview/400_core_server/020_middle_tier/010_overview/#scaling-and-high-availability which is saying "To scale up a k8s cluster more node machines can be added to the cluster and more containers (# of replicas) can be started to distribute the load. All namespaces span over all nodes. High availability is built in by design in k8s. If k8s is instructed to start >2 replicas of each containers the container can start on different nodes. This allows HA on only parts of IFS Cloud. The container can also be sized to have different amount of CPU/Memory resources limits/quotas - this is done through the installer." So I understand the scaling and HA is built in by design in k8s. However with the remote installation k8s cluster is still running on middle tier server with Ubuntu OS. This

Our IFS DB is growing and big portion of the volume are document attachments, therefore we would like to move them to a file storage service. We see “File Storage” option in document management repository, but we would like to confirmwhat “File Storage” services this option is supported with on remote installation, is it Azure File Storage or Azure Blob Storage or both? are there any prerequisites to make “File Storage” option working with Remote Installation? can you pls. extend IFS documentation with more detailed information regarding the usage of “File Storage” and what storage services are exactly supported with remote installation of IFS Cloud? can you pls. extend IFS technical documentation with a configuration guide for the file storage repository? is there any plan to support other file storage services with next releases of IFS Cloud? Dear all,we are running remote installation of IFS Cloud 21R2 with 1 Windows Management Server (WMS) and 1 Middle Tier Server (MTS). Technical documentation for the Middle Tier Server (MTS) deployment is assuming to have WMS server (Windows Server 2019) and application server (Ubuntu with k8s) for each IFS instance. Our plan is to run 4 IFS instances (PRODUCTION, TEST, UAT, DEV). We have dedicated WMS and MTS for PRODUCTION instance of course, but it's reasonable number of servers needed for testing and dev instances.Can we use 1 WMS server and 1 MTS for all 3 IFS test instances( TEST, UAT, DEV)? Technical documentation is mentioning that more then 1 k8s namespace for different IFS Cloud installation can be running within k8s cluster. However this scenario and configuration is not described in technical documentation at all. If it’s feasible, can you pls. enhance technical documentation with that?
We are running IFS Cloud 21R2 and our users are still missing some features from EE in Aurena client, like conditional formatting attachments' view - not possible to switch between Details/Icons/List in the Attachments (Documents, Approvals, ...). Users cannot see all details like approval groups, ... . new from templates - not possible to prepare templates for new objects attaching multiple documents to an attachment window (e.g. Inventory Part) via drag-and-drop. This functionality in IFS10 gives the user the possibility to upload many documents and select different document classes for them.We know some of the features above are known gaps between EE and Aurena, but is there any plan to make these features available in Aurena as well or not at all? If so, can you pls. indicate year/release the functionality could be available with?
Dear all,we are using Aurena as approval dashboard, to approve invoices, expenses and POs. The dashboard is being used by people who are not ordinary IFS users, so some screen parts might be confusing for them if too many details and/or options provided on the page.One of the sections which has some space for improvement/simplification is document attachment section, on the following screenshot. We would like to hide/rename some buttons there, but we have not found any possibility to do it via page designer.Is anybody aware how to reach page configuration for document attachments?Is there any possibility to switch the appearance of file attachments in Aurena in a similar way as in EE on the screenshot below?
