Is there any report designer tool in FSM ?Requiremnt 1: When we click on Request Print a pdf file comes up( request.rdlc ) with a predefined format . Need to customized this report with additional jpeg , additional content and few field values. Requirement 2: FSM Report needs to be configured as per the business standard, as we can do in SSRS or Crystal report.But, SSRS doesn't support FSM webclient. Hence the issue.
Requirement is assigning technician for a task in FSM on the basis of match between his skill and product skill and availability of technician. Process has to be automated.
