While installing FSM application for Mobility instance received the following error code. We do have significant number of Mobile licenses. Communication error: A125: No License information was found for the user : IFS_MOBILE. Contact your system admin for assistance.Could anyone advise, what we have missed here?
For load-testing, I was trying to use Jmeter, and creating scripts. But, I’m not sure on how the new request URL , is using the token. In RMA task, trying to check “ready to ship” checkbox and save, but getting an error “Parent unit cannot be marked for shipment when component repairs are in-process”. Component repair task is already maked (task_status) as completed after swap.Please advise, what is missing?
May I get the customer portal complete user guide / document ? I cannot see any documentation on customer portal basic configuration process, how to create profile of a customer , how to provide access , if multiple / concurrent login possible in customer portal, How many users may use one customer portal license etc.Please advise.
Is it possible to build the quote page , under repair portal user?A named license user has the privilege to create quote under RMA page.But, A Repair portal license holder doesn't have that privilege to access quote. Is it possible build ta quote page from UI designer?
If requirement is to populate LOV of 2 drop-down attributes on dependency basis , How to do that ?Say , if I select A from the LOV of first dropdown, I'll get 1-10 as LOV for 2nd dropdown , where as if I select B from the LOV of first dropdown , I'll get 11-20 as LOV for 2 nd dropdown. Is there any report designer tool in FSM ?Requiremnt 1: When we click on Request Print a pdf file comes up( request.rdlc ) with a predefined format . Need to customized this report with additional jpeg , additional content and few field values. Requirement 2: FSM Report needs to be configured as per the business standard, as we can do in SSRS or Crystal report.But, SSRS doesn't support FSM webclient. Hence the issue.
How to automate the process of assiging a technician for a repair task on the basis of his skills and time availability.
Requirement is assigning technician for a task in FSM on the basis of match between his skill and product skill and availability of technician. Process has to be automated. As soon as task gets generated , technician supposed to be assigned. We don't have PSO. Process needs to be achieved from repair board, or within FSM

Unable to see the downloaded PDF report/Service inquiry form after I click on the “Print” button in any page. Is it possible to customize the default screen (request/task) for a techportal or repairportal user?Requirment is tech-portal user supposed to see few user-defined fields in request page. Request Screen has been customized accordingly. Screen has been assigned to corresponding role.But, corresponding user still viewing the default request page.Please advise
If I want to provide read only access to “in_warrany” field to the request_unit table for the role “TECH”, is it possible to control from role-->function ? Or the only way to create different page from UI designer with in-warranty read-only access for the role “TECH” ? Please advise.
