I have a need to create IFS user with Read-Only to everything. Is it as simple as creating a new permission set? How can I give access and make sure the user can’t make any transactions? What about FND_ENDUSER permission set which every user is assigned?Thank you,
I am trying to create a Report Rule for ORDER_QUOTATION_REP but the field I want to use is not available. MARKET_CODE is available on the SALES QUOTATIONS screen but not in the ORDER_QUOTATION_REP view. How can I add this field? Should I use IFS Developer Studio? Are there other ways to add fields?Thanks,
I Need a Quick Report for Paid Supplier Invoices that shows Paid status and the date it was paid? I’m using INVOICE_LEDGER_ITEM_SU_QRY as my base view but it does not show “Date Paid”. Is the an API method to Get the paid date or is there another view I should be using? Thank you,
How can we notify warehouse staff to deliver parts to production floor? We think sending a material requisition would work but I don’t know. We want to send the notification to the warehouse for specific part number to be delivered to the production floor for a specific Shop Order being assembled. Is this a task, kanban or material req?Any suggestions?Thank you,
How to make fields available to search in a custom LOV? I created a new custom LOV but there are no available fields to search by. I can see the Display Text and I can select a listed value but when I choose Search, no fields show in the Configure screen. How can I get the fields to be available to search? Thank you,
We are getting an error when we run Aggregate Inventory Transactions per Period. How can I find out where (what table) has the referenced Configuration ID: 3142520 ?Inventory_Value_Calc_API.Calculate_Invent_Value_Priv__The Inventory Part Config does not exist. Site: MA1, Part No: 5492FL, Configuration ID: 3142520This configuration ID does next exist anywhere I can see. How to register arrival when different Uom from supply source? We have intersite orders where the demand source unit of measure is different from the supply site and I can’t do register arrival of the PO. How can I complete the process? If IFS allows the parts to be order entered with different UoMs then it should allows us to register arrival? Am I missing a step? Is there a way to convert it or do we need to cancel order and make sure both UoM are the same?Thank you,
We have hundreds of old customer orders that need closed but we can’t? The sales Qty is greater than the delivered Qty and invoiced Qty. Is this an R&D issue? Example; customer ordered Qty(4), we delivered and invoiced Qty(1) and now the order is so old the customer does not want the remaining Qty(3) or the customer no longer exists. How can we clean up these orders?Thank you, Different Qty
What would cause a Configuration Id for CTO part not carryover on Intersite Order?We have hundreds of configured parts working fine but we have one part not working correctly. We compared this part to the ones that work fine and they seems to be setup the same. Any ideas on what would cause this?Using APPS10 UPD11 IEE.Thanks
What would cause a Pick list to print blank? We print many pick list daily without any issues but once in a while the pick list will be blank. I checked the report view “CUSTOMER_ORDER_PICK_LIST_REP” and there is no report data for a specific Result_key. It seems like the parts are not being added to the list. Is there a status or checkbox for the customer that would cause a blank pick list? I created another order for the same part but for a different customer and the pick list prints fine! The part is a packaged part. We are on APPS10 UPD11 IEE.Thank you,
How to add a Search option on Custom Aurena Page? I created a group element and selector element on a page and this works but I want to add a Search or Filter option to the Group. This page also has an Association to the Group that works as well. I don’t see a Search option when a Group is the main content. Is there a way to Fliter the Selector? If not i have to scroll through thousands of records to select the record I need to edit.Thank you,
How do you use Aurena Card Element? The card element does not show on the page. I can setup the element and add to the active page content but nothing shows on the page. Are Card elements available for custom pages?Is there documentation on how to setup and use the different page elements? Thank you,
How do you convert Custom LU Form Type to Aurena? I created a new Projection and created a new Page for the Projection but I can’t figure out how to setup the page like a Form? I don’t want a list I want a Form like we have in IEE, is it possible?
We have data files being written to a file folder on our network and we would like to automate the import process into a custom LU? Should we use IFS connect and setup a FILE_READER? How do you setup IFS to monitor the file folder and process any data files? Can the files be moved to another folder once the process is completed? Does the file have to be a specific format, csv/xml? I appreciate any ideas or thoughts about this.Thank you,
Why is Print Order Confirmation menu option greyed out? We have thousands of customers in setup in IFS but we have one customer that we can’t print order confirmations for any of their orders. How to create a report of users with security access? I need a report that will show all active users that have access to >Solution Manager>Security objects. I can’t find the views I need to create an SQL statement for a quick report. Can someone help?Thanks
