Hi Community,We have a Aurena customer facing below issue when trying to view My Time Registration window but a message saying “Could not load metadata for TimeRegistrationEmployee” appears.Here is the problem summary: Re-creatable only in Test and re-creatable in pre-prod as informed by the customer. Managed to re-create for both My Time Registration and Time Registration.There are two user who is facing the issue and the other is viewing it without any issue.Current findings summary:* No issues appeared to be there with data related to Time Registration in “fnd_model_design_data_tab”* No issues appear to be existing in dba_context view * Page Configurations: Unpublished and re-published page configurations relating to time registration. Caches / Meta caches refreshed. Didn't resolve the issue.* Disabled base profile and person profile and cache refreshed. Still not resolved.* No issues with permission sets. Hi Community, Recently, We have looked into an issue raised by one of our customers, which occurred in PROD environment.When sending customer order invoices via E-Invoice, application attaches a PDF of the invoice in the Customer Invoice screen. Customer has noticed that the PDF attachment of series of invoices (about 11 invoices only) have popped a error when we double click on the attachment. The error is shown as below. As a result, users cannot view the PDF attachment (which contains invoice info) and The issue has not occurred in Prod after that mentioned invoice series.Customer wants to correct the issue with the corrupted attachments of 11 invoices in Production environment and view the attachments.Is it possible to correct the corrupted attachment in Prod and make them viewable? Hi, I'm handling a case recently and the issue (APP10 GET) is when creating a company using Create Company Assistant, the creation log shows errors in two components; GENLED and PAYLED as below.GENLEDORA-20105: Assert.IS_PKG_METHOD: "DE_RECONCILE_TAX_CODES_API.MAKE_COMPANY" is non existing package method.PAYLEDORA-20105: Assert.IS_PKG_METHOD: "MT940_CODE_DEFINITION_API.MAKE_COMPANY" is non existing package method.I have checked these two API s in the core environment and these APIs might get removed in the previous versions.
