Hi everyone,does anyone know how can i order the steps automatic after generated the work order?in work order, the steps comes with the same order number. In PM action is ordered corrected.Do I need to do something else?the merge function is working well, but just the order is not ok.tks

mworkorder new work insert in structure

Hi,using APPS10 UPD8,I’m trying to create a new work through a work task in mobile, the system ask if I want to copy customer, object and contact data from current task and I choose “No”, after that the screen shows the parent WO: #### and insert in structure is flaged. The problem is that the wo created is not in structure. Does anyone know something about it?Tks

plan date pool not working

Hi everyone,Using mworkorder apps10 UPD8,I could see if send a work task to mobile “pool” with plan and final date, the date filter (tady, future etc) in mobile pool screen does not work.The filter consider just the allocated date, not plan date of the work task. The allocated date should work just for my service screen. The problem is that in pool situation, there is no alocation date. Is there a solution for this situation? Tks

Earliest Start hour not changing calendar id pm action

Hi, does anyone know why the Earliest start and latest finish hour is not changing when using a specific calendar id in PM action general tab? It’s changing just the date, but the hour of the calendar is not considering. E.g. The maint org calendar is 7/3 - 24/7 time. but I insert the MAINT calendar in calendar ID that is - just 5 day a week and from 10am to 5pm. the problem is: the maintenance plan of the pm action is not changing the time, just skipping the weekends. mworkorder sync transactions device after online

Hi, using APPs10 UPD8,does anyone know if there is a way to schedule a task to send the transactions from mobile to IFS when a user turn on the internet connection in device?E.g.: today works like this:after finishing the wo offline, I need to open the app and click on “sync monitor” to send the transactions when the device has internet.The customer wants a way to schedule this process.Tks

Status change of a Work Assignments in IEE

Hi folks,Does anyone know if Rnd decided to remove the functionality that was available until IFS APP10 UPD7, that we could change assignment status of an employee after transfer to mobile before the user download it. After UPD8, It’s not possible any more. Could anyone help please? The situation of my customer is that it has some external employees that they do a work but don’t have license, therefore the planner needs to assign a task to them and report time using the status change of the assignment.They send to mobile because the have some users that have license.UPD 07 UPD08 and 09 - Not available anymoreTks a lot

Entity not found mwo app10 upd8

Hi people,Does anyone know why I’m getting the faield transactions sometimes “Entity not found”?The customer is using mwo app10 upd8.It updates everything, the steps, assignmet, pictures, but the method to save the status of the work task does not update. could it be the quality of the customer’s internet, something in mobile server or other reason?Tks

sync limited parts to mworkorder assortment

Hi everyone,could any one help with this issue? I created an assortment, linked two parts and activeted to limit the sync parts to mobile but no parts are shown in mobile.I already linked to the mobile user in mobile parts basic data, sync all the entities.The flag “sync all parts” in TAS is off.I’m using IFSAPP V10 UPD8Do I need to do something else?tks

CRITICAL WORK ORDER IN MPB

Hi, I’m using MPB to schedule work orders and the option priorize critical service is not working right. Does anyone know what logic IFS uses? E.g. Criticality and Priorite is considered by alphabetic asc order, or line number order, or another else? tks a lot.

Hi, Does anyone know which is the minimum android version for mWo 4.8 IFSAPP10 UPD8? I have a customer that is trying to install it in android 6.0.1 with no success. Android 7.0 with no problem. Tks
