Wondering whether to install Aurena Agent on everyone’s PC through Windows Update process or whether to just let users install if needed. What are others doing? What is recommended? Any issues?
Should database task schedules be “Scheduled By” end users or with a system account to simplify employee changes? Also, should we use &APPOWNER for this?My understanding is that these should be scheduled by a generic system account, unless:The user ID needs to be on a financial transaction that gets generated by the task OR The database task schedule needs to be changeable by the end user (e.g., turned on or off during periodic close).Does this sound right or are there other situations? Also, should we system account should be used for scheduling tasks?

Does anyone know a way to create many new sites in of IFS at once or to quickly create/copy sites?We need this for a legal entity reorganization project. It will take several months of work to set up 88 sites if we do this manually, one at a time.
I’m looking for a list of recommended methods in IFS for Functional Areas to jump start our work in defining these for SOX SOD purposes. For example, I’m looking for all the methods that can be used to adjust inventory without a Customer Order or Purchase Order in support of a Physical Inventory FA. Any suggestions?
