We’ve just deployed our first IFS Cloud environment and we’re struggling with some features… One of them is regarding Data Migration Jobs. Do you guys know which exact permission (projection) a user must have in order to be able to create new Data Migration Jobs? He’s already been granted Update Allowed permission in Authorized Users screen, but I believe that will work just for the existing jobs already granted for his account, right?Hope you can help me with this.
Hi! Has anyone configured Crystal Reports with QR Code successfully in IFS?Att.,Elaine
Hi! Can anyone help me with this?A customer have developed a custom inside Business Opportunities form that points to a Aurena survey page (example: https://XXXX.com.br:56090/main/ifsapplications/web/assistant/EmpSurvey/Survey;$id=SurveyId:LAF_COM_DIAGNOSTICO_,CompanyId:01...)When they open this URL ‘internally (using IEE) we get the error below. when we try to open it ‘externally’ using our own browser, it opens without any problem. Is it possible to open Aurena pages inside IEE? We’re running IFS V10 UPD9 and I’ve set Edge and Chrome as default browser (and Aurena is supported by them) and could not solve this problem.OBS.: Internet Support Center page opens normally inside IEE.Thanks!
We’re trying to bring a customer’s environment up again, but we cannot find out which user/password is incorrect. The database is up, the cluster username/pass is correct, IFSADMIN OK, IFSSYS OK…Can you please tell me which user should I verify to solve thsi issue? ####<Dec 8, 2020 5:07:08 PM BRST> <Error> <Deployer> <GIG02-SVT-IFST3> <AdminServer> <[ACTIVE] ExecuteThread: '4' for queue: 'weblogic.kernel.Default (self-tuning)'> <<WLS Kernel>> <> <7099e447-47c6-412a-8c24-6428c559baad-0000000b> <1607454428710> <BEA-149265> <Failure occurred in the execution of deployment request with ID "28905221290300" for task "weblogic.deploy.configChangeTask.2". Hi! For every customer of ours, we provide a ‘Support Environment’, which consists of a dedicated app server and daily updated Oracle database (copy of Production database) for troubleshooting purposes. Until IFS V10, this processes ran automatically and our clients could access IFS without any intervention. With IFS V10, every time we copy our Production database (using datafiles from previous backup and archive logs) to Support database, we need to reconfigure the application so it can be accessible. Is there a way to automate this process? Thanks in advance! Elaine
Does anyone know where can we change the configuration fields below directly on the database (Oracle)? We need to setup our database copy script so we don’t need to reconfigure it every time we restore a database in another environment (what we do a lot).
