IFS Cloud - Login Events

Hi,In Identity and Access Manager / Login Events, how often does this get refreshed?  Is there a possibility to configure this for the duration for how long we want to retain the information?Thank You & Best Regards

IFS Cloud - Excel Migration Date columns

Hi,When using excel migration to upload data, when a date is passed, it gets inserted as the prior date. For example, if I am loading external payments with date 5/20/2023 in my excel, once uploaded and going into IFS, it shows as 5/19/2023.The same behavior is observed when a new entity is created and excel migration is used to upload the data.When the data is indicated as 1/1/2023, it uploads as 12/31/2022 automatically.Is this the known behavior of excel migration? if not, what needs to be done to resolve this issue?Best Regards,Dinesha

IFS Cloud Import Permission Set

Hi,I have exported a permission set from an IFS Cloud Instance. And when trying to import it to another IFS Cloud instance, I select ‘Finish’, then it spins, and then bring back the same screen. How do I proceed from here?  Thank You & Best Regards

Custom LU and Project - Update using PATCH - DB_OBJECT_MODIFIED error

Hi,I have a Custom Logical Unit created and a projection of type Integration created for it. I am able to retrieve the data from Postman without issues.When I try to update using PATCH, I keep getting the following error. Aurena - Custom Tab of Form type

Hi,I have a CLU created which needs to be added to an existing page as a custom tab. I need this created as a page, not a list.I am able to create it after adding the entity.However, it doesn’t seem to associate with the parent without being able to define binding (what’s available for Lists).Is it not possible to create a tab as follows and only works with lists?  Thank You.

Adding Custom LU fields in Report Designer

Hi,Is it possible to add fields from a custom LU to a report designer reports? I have enabled the LU however, they don’t get added to the XML.When looking at the code, noticed the following in XML_RECORD_WRITER_SYS.Add_Custom_Fields_impl__, which seems to cause the fields to be not considered when they are from a custom logical unit.Is there an alternative way, other than re-creating the fields as custom fields in an existing standard LU? Thank You & Best Regards

Custom fields in Aurena - Apps10

Hi,I am able to add custom fields in Aurena using page designer. When I save and publish, I am able to see them. However, when I close the page design and go back to the page, the custom fields are no longer there. The Page Design still has them. This is happening in all the pages in the instance. It is working without issues in another instance for the same customer. 3 of us tried and noticed the same behavior.Is there a parameter or a setting that needs to be enabled?Thank You & Best Regards

Aurena - Counter Lobby Element navigation to overview window

Hi,This is for Apps10 UPD12 customer.I have a counter lobby element which shows the correct value. I have added navigation to this, only by selecting data source condition. When navigated, it takes me to the correct overview page, but populates with all the data.End of the URL has a value <<usedefaultfilter=true». If I remove this or set this to false, then it shows the correct data. Where is the above value set to true from? is it possible to have it removed when navigating or setting it to false, instead of true?Everything works as expected in IEE.I followed instructions from the below thread but still not able to get it to work due to the above item. Can you please help?Thank You & Best Regards

CRM Outlook Add-In - Insufficient Privileges Error

Hi, Users are getting the error “Error while saving the mail to IFS CRM. Insufficient priviledges.” when saving an email to IFS CRM through Outlook Add-In. When they are granted DocumentHome projection, it goes away. However, we want to know which activity within this projection is needed to resolve the following error, as we don’t want to grant the entire projection to users. Thank You.

Aurena - Send to colleague
