Hi,We have set up a new report rule to get the PDF from our Project invoice print, check it in Document Management and attach it to the Project Invoice screen. It works really well if the Document Management repository is set to Database but we cannot get it to work if is FTP. We are in Apps10 UPD6.Has anyone got a report rule Check in Document Management to work with FTP or do you think it is a restriction from IFS?Many Thanks and Regards,Anne-Sophie

Hello, We are looking to set up stock items in Apps9 in France. We are having some difficulties as the posting controls follow the English model instead of the French one. For example, when we make a purchase of stock items, in English accountancy: Arrival D Stock item (Account 3xxx) C Invoice Not yet received (Account 408) in French accountancy: Arrival D Stock item (Account 3xxx) C Charge (Account 603) D Purchase (Account 601) C Invoice Not yet received (Account 408) In France, we don’t wait for the consumption of stock to become a charge. Hello,I want to transfer translations I have done on Company key values and Basic Data Translations and I am not too sure which layer and component to choose. Hello, I am trying to set up a report rule for the PROJECT_INVOICE_REP using a Report rule with the document check in action. The key for the connection of the document to the project invoice screen is the company and the invoice id but strangely I cannot find INVOICE_ID in the xpath. We are on APPS10 UPD6. Hello, We are moving to Apps 10 and our item menus are reversed from Apps9. The detail screen used to be a box with lines and overview screen an empty box and in Apps 10 it is the opposite, see below:Does anyone know if we can change them back please? Thanks in advance, Kind Regards, Anne-Sophie

Those groups can move regularly due to new started, leavers or people changing organizations.Unfortunately, those changes don’t get reproduced automatically in the Posting Proposal/Authorize tab/View Authorizers Group Members. This creates problems as the modified users cannot access the invoices although they should now be allowed. Hello, We are in the process of setting up expense management and we have a few issues due to the way our organisation works. For example, we have the following structure: 1.Worker 2.Leader 3.Project Manager 4.Area Manager If the Worker does an expense sheet, the Leader approves it and Project Manager authorizes it. If the Leader does an expense sheet, the Project Manager approves it and the Area Manager authorizes it and so on. So the same person can either be an approver or an authorizer depending on the person who places the expense sheet. As we assign a rule attribute to a position, we are struggling to see how we could do it. I tried to add an expense_status from Confirmed to Approved to the EXP_AUTH but I am not allowed to do that as it already exists in EXP_APP. If anybody can help, it would be appreciated.
