Hi Experts, One of our customers has a requirement to track the time users spend on some screens in web client. They need this to monitor as a KPI. There are 4 screens they consider as,Lobby menuSchedule boardPerson list and Devices (Person table).They need to track the time users actively use these screens weekly basis. They need to track the transitions from screen to screen to track the exact time they spend on the screen. Is there any way we could achieve this requirement in web client. Any suggestion would be appreciated. Thank you.

Hi Experts,In Alliance, if we go to service order module > add a search criteria > use export button and export records to excel spreadsheet, we can get an excel document with number of columns. Is there any functionality available in Alliance that we could use to control the columns to be exported. For example, if I only want to export request id, status and open date columns according to this example, how to do that. Thanks.
When adding a new screen using on a custom table, following error returned while searching for records in the new screen. "Unrecognized business object 'YourCustomTableName'. Contact your system administrator for assistance"
When registering a new FSM MPM, even after configuring all the parameters in "Perform Definitions" correctly, MPM throwing the following error when invoking. "Metadata not found for YourMPMName Contact your system administrator for assistance."
