Hello,I am creating a script that will allow the task_types to appear according to the chosen task_category. If I choose multiple task_categories, then in the task_type lookup it should appear all the values that are beloging to the task categories that I have chosen. This is running on the filters of the Task List screen. Hello Community, I have been working in a integration with a third party system and I am sending an outgoing message from FSM using the XML maps functionality using the Task Table as Primary Table. On that outgoing message, I am getting a respose from the third party system with a tag saying if the message is OK or KO. Based on this asnwer I should update the task entity accordingly to save this value and do some follow up action (managing an error basically). However, I have seen that after I send the outgoing message I cannot link it back to the TASK that I am suppose to save it on. Is there a way of knowing which task corresponds to the outgoing message I have just sent ? Or must we request the external third party system to save the task_id and send us as a response on this ?Best Regards.

Hello,In my project, we are creating tasks by integration, and then these in the PSO allocate to a team resource, where the task is associated with that team.I would like to know if the above is possible, if so how can I do it?Another question, is it possible, let's imagine an address field, like a region having a lookup that fetches all teams id, associating that team_id to that address, making all tasks that have that address, have that team_id, and when it is sent to the PSO allocate to a resource belonging to that team.If it is possible, how could it be done?Best Regards,Carlos Soares

Sometimes, tasks don't come with coordinatesI would like to know, if it is possible to click on a map of the fsm, to obtain automatically the latitude and longitude of that place? Knowing that fsm uses the provider Bing behind.
