If we install service update 23R1 SU10, then those time registration pages work even though we don’t have OBRM component, is that correct?
I am trying to import Lobby page from test environment to stage environment but in Stage environment I don’t see Import page button. Could anyone advice me why? If it is permission issue how I should do it? I couldn’t find Projection name on Lobbies overview page. *The below picture is in test env. which you see the Import page button but I don’t see it in Stage enviroment.
Hi,When I klick User Posting Template button in Posting Proposal view, pick a template, it creates dubble rows with different tax code even though Posting Template have only one row. Does anyone know if there is bug report for this? Our version is IFS Cloud R23.1.8, please advice.
Hi,I am testing Event/Event Action NOTIFY_NEXT_AUTH/Notify authorizers of invoices to be authorized next.The mail are sent successfully, however the mail in mailbox shows that the mail are sent from MAIL_SENDER not from User: Please se below picture example, the mail I received is sent from MAIL_SENDER1, not from Finance center.Finance center is active User Id and person ID. Does anyone know what to do so the mail sent from in Outlook mail shows the user ID/User ID e-post address?
Hi,We would like to set tables view as default for all views to all users. We thought we could fix it in context in Page designer but we couldn’t find it. We have a part that has been serial tracked but now we want to receive it without serial tracking so we tried to delete it but we have got problem. We are using IFS APP 9. At the beginning when the part was created, all checkboxes in Part/General/Serial tracking were checked. The part has been in stock once but now it is all out from stock. Now we want to receive new coming PO without any Serial tracking.We could disable all checkboxes except “After Delivery Serial Tracking.”When we try to disable it and save it comes upp error message “ The part exists in part serial catalog”We tried to delite the part from Part Serial catalog but it comes up another error message “It is only allowed to remove a serial that has been renamed”Does anyone know how to solve this issue?

Hi,We have similar issue with previous post regarding rounding line 100001 for External supplier invoice line. How to setup auto posting for rounding difference line created when we use PO line matching in Posting Proposal | IFS Community We do have external supplier invoice with and without PO and we want to set up posting control so when there is rounding line 100001 on external supplier invoice line, it should always create posting line with account number and code part values. How can we set up this in IFS cloud? For example which posting type and control type etc. Thanks and regards,
HelloWe are implementing Pagero in App 9 and have some issues regarding Invoice Recipient.We have several recipients per supplier, all recipients are registered in Person window and also as Authorizer. Invoice from Supplier ABC Company could have any of those two recipients in below example. Person Id Name 1001 Bob1002 Anna When the supplier is sending Bob as Invoice recipient in xml file via Pagero, the invoice line in External Supplier Invoices window is loaded with error message “The Person Info object does not exist.” This is because field Invoice recipient look for Person ID instead of Name.We can not request supplier to write our IFS Person ID as recipient in xml. Is there any solution for this problem?We know that you can put one recipient under Supplier/Invoice tab but we have several recipients and also person ID is number, not name so it will get error message anyway.We have asked Pagero and they said there is solution for this in Pagero, you put tr
Vi are testing to load Pagero supplier invoice file in External Supplier invoices and have got Load error “Total amounts in item lines not equal to total amounts in installment lines in invoice XX”This is because the supplier won’t invoice us a litte amount diff like 0,25 in this case where the invoice row amounts are with decimal but they are not sending invoice row for decimal so we are getting this error message.My question is how we could ignore this, we want to proceed to next step, create invoice despite this error because we will always pay “original Gross Amount” = Installment line amount, not “Gross Amount” = Invoice Lines information.The invoice has no PO connected.We have App version 9. Hi! We have e-invoice with PO having different tax codes. We have checked the check box “Affect line Postings” on External Supplier invoices line to see if posting lines are created per tax codes. As you can see in picture from Posting Proposal, the posting lines for tax code 1 and 0 were ok but the line with tax code L10 has got tax code 1. The purchase order lines looks correct. Does anyone know how we can do so the tax code from PO lines should follow when posting lines is created automatically? We are using App9 and PO matching on header level. PO lines
Hi, We get following message when we try to add one extra line for other posting type than M18, in this case, we are trying to add charge for PO without charge line but we get same error when we add currency differences post. I have tested both Inventory part and Non inventory part within tolerance amount but the difference post has been posted as M-type, not SP1. *We are using App 9*We have PO matchning on header/ref.level.*We are using Posting Proposal*Allow Tolerance check box is checked. Hi evryone, I have issue in copying/importing Accounting report from existing company.I have imported Colum, Row and Report template file from company A to another company B to view exactly same Accont report in different company in Report Generator.However, Net assets and Expenses rows shows opposite sign of plus and minus on Company B compared to Company A. Does anyone know where I could change plus and minus sign on Company level?I have tried to copy templates from Company A to B instead, but the result shows the same… So I don’t think there are some error at copying and importing, but it must be setting in some place I should change in Company B. Hope anyone could advise, thanks.
