Contribution Margin value - Financial Project

Hello,I have a problem with the contribution margin when creating the financial project.Even if I enter a value in the "Contribution margin" field,the value 0 is automatically taken into account when the financial project is created as you can see in the screenshots.Any ideas for solving this problem?Best regards.

General Ledger Transaction Report - File generated type

Hello, I have a question about the reports generated in IFS.For example we would need the General Ledger Transaction Report in xls or csv type although the file is generated in pdf type. Is there a way to change the file type generated ? Best regards

Bank reconciliation - Amount file import

Hello, I have a question regarding the external file used for bank statement import. The bank in my case uses symbols and letter for the last caracter of the amount. Is it a known case for IFS ? Is there a way to replace the symbol or letter value with a number ? We have a mapping table for those caracters Best regards.

Import Bank Statement - Additional line of details

Hello, I have a question about the bank statement import. I have a line of payment that is identified as “04” and a second line that give much details about this payment line identified as “05”When I try to import a file with those 2 types of lines, IFS considers the line “05” as an independant line and I get errors. Is there a way that IFS detects the line “05” as linked to the previous “04” line ? Best regards.

Hello, We face an issue towards the M19 and the M20 postings. These postings are not triggered when there’s a difference between the PO and the amount billed. When I update the amount I get a popup about the tolerance amount Any tips how to face this problem ?

Hello, I Have a question please about these inventory postings. In our context, these postings should use the preposting values, indeed the transactions related to M18 M10 and M3 use a cost accounts (french localization).The problem we face is that IFS excludes automatically the preposting values, is there any way to use preposting on those postings ? Otherwise, is it possible to have automatic posting rules but with dynamic values ? Best regards.

Match a rolled back customer payment (SUPOA) with a customer invoice

Hello, We used the the cancel matching functionnality of a customer mixed payment. It created a CUPOA with the company at the company at the credit account, not the customer Then we tried to use this CUPOA to be matched with another customer invoice. We couldn’t find this CUPOA in the offset proposal. You will find attached to this message the postings generated and a screen where we can’t find our CUPOA in a manual offset proposal What to do to resolve this problem ? Any ideas ? Best regards.
