Hi Experts , One of our customer cannot able to see DebriefCustomerReview and DebriefReview screens in their custom designs These screens were added as enhancement of UPD 17 release . There they mentioned that this will visible as inactive screen in custom design “New Customer Review (DebriefCustomerReview) and Summary (DebriefReview) screens have been added to replace the deprecated DebriefCustomerSignature and DebriefSignature screens. The new screens are active in the workflows and workflow menus of the baseline mobile design and the deprecated screens are inactive.”As per RND suggestion earlier we requested customer to tick these (mpm upgrade and sync rules )two when they run mobile installer please review the image below (image1 )image1 Even after these customer cannot be able to see those custom designs , please review image2 to see how customer’s custom design shows image2 Please provide any suggestions to overcome this issue please Thanks and Regards Shobana

Hi Experts This question is raised for customer concern Currently customer is facing an issue with some report checkbox views in prod environment but they are not facing this issue in TEST environment Prod Test environment As you can see in the above images Test environment we can see ✔ and ✖ but in prod environment we can see some symbols They suspect this is happening because of fonts and they raised this below question Could you please let us know whether there is any possibility to check this font('Wingdings2') in TEST and PROD environments Can you suggest me any way to achieve this or else please suggest any other way that can be a root cause of this issue Thanks and Regards Shobana

As shown in Send SMS image this send SMS feature only enabled in Smart client and it is hidden using below FSM client script Send SMS client scriptSo can you please provide is there any specific reason behind this as I see this is not implemented for web client comment in description also can you able to suggest me any other solution to achieve this since customer needs alternative way . Hi Team , One of our customer reported an issue saying stock changes randomly in stocks and task screen Initially it was 104, then after two minutes it is 40 then after few minutes its 86 after three to four minutes it is back to 104base line sync ruleI checked the server logs when it is replicating couldn’t find any obvious behaviors Customer also having similar query in sync rule but their frequency is 1 instead of 24 and they mentioned that sync rule is executing every 1 hour can anyone please suggest me an idea how to identify the root cause Regards Shobana

Hi All This is regarding a case Here customer has reported that Ignore skills functionality on the assign lookup not working as expected When I doing the investigations I noticed there is no connection between skills mentioned in task and assign button lookup SoAre there any connection /relation between skills in task screen and assign button look up shown below ?what is the purpose of Skills in task screen ? What is purpose of ignore skills checkbox in assign button lookup because I see no difference by tick and untick that ?Thanks and Regards Shobana
