We are getting the below error when starting the Demand Planner Server (v 6.0.2.9),“Wednesday .05:52, October 18, 2023 Job started : Load Data from DBAssert Failure in GlobalDatabase.cpp:6304”We have tried the below to make it run,Checked the database tablespace free space, connection and disk free space - no issues Restarted the Demand Planner hosted server to see if there are any hanging sessions Restarted the database and application to make sure no issues Reinstalled the Demand Planner Server Reinstalled oracle client and DP server tried to connect from a different server installing same DP setupWhen we give wrong credentials it prompts invalid username/password so we believe the normal process is working fine but during the database connection initialization stage an entry on the database/table level refusing the session to get connected. Please advise if you think you have encountered this issue on your environments. We think we need to clear some entry on the database level to
We have troubleshooted this as per the docs (https://docs.ifs.com/techdocs/Foundation1/040_administration/240_integration/300_ifs_connect/100_connect_troubleshooting/default.htm#PLAP_troubleshooting) but we don’t see any issues on it. The below query SELECT Plsqlap_Server_API.Ping_Result__ FROM sys.dual;takes a lot of time (10-15mins only for this query remaining day to day activities are working fine) to given the output as zero. Hi Guys,We were able to install the Kubernetes on the Linux box but receiving the below error when executing get the kube config file step. Also I have attached the main script log file to understand more on which step it is getting this error.Mentioned error is not in the Main.ps1 file as well, I tried doing a search on the “Get-sftpFile” as well to troubleshoot on this, but no luck. I’m looking for a quick solution on this folks. Thanks in advance.
