I am trying to import a profile from one user to another new user and keep getting the error “The file is invalid and cannot be imported . The user profiles are saved and stored as .XML files
in order to see information in the WAGE HOURS ANALYSIS, does the IFS user have to be a Supervisor? When logged in as app owner, I can see all the data that I need to, but if im logged in as a regular user, who is not a supervisor, I cant see the data. Dave
We are setting up an additional Site within one of our companies, and would like to know if there is a quick way to “copy” from site A to B. If so, what are the parameters that are copied over? Thanks DAVE
We have a customer order that has a Price Curr and Price Base showing the same price, which for us is normal. On the same order line, the Source Price Curr is lower. When the invoicing was processed on this order line, the price that was used was the Price Curr / Price Base. Looking at the detail history for the line item in question, does not show any changes in the price. It seems like the SALES PART may have had the correct lower price at the order creation time, but I cant verify that, since I cant see any price change history in Sales Part. Is there a way to see a price change history in sales part? Thanks DAVE

A few users are getting this error, when trying to view attachments in Apps 10 the attachment shows that it’s there, but they cannot view it. “ slow network mode click here to view attachments”
we are currently invoicing by delivery note and would rather do it by sales part, so that one invoice would be created for each sales part.

we are trying to unvoid a previously voided check but it seems that even the App Owner user does not have the necessary permissions. Any idea what permissions are needed. Dave
user is trying to reprint supplier checks, but does not seem to have the permission to do so. Is there a specific permission set to enable that?
I am trying to get the NET WEIGHT field in INVENTORY PART filled in. The help says it comes from Master Part. I have a net weight in Master Part, but it doe not populate over to Inventory Part. I am using Apps 10 Thank You, Dave Lyon
