In the ‘New Fault Report’ Screen, if a User belongs to a Maintenance Organization, can the ‘Maint. Org’ field be populated accordingly? See attached image.
Can a default requiristioner be assigned at the site level? When I make a requisition, it defaults my user, however, we want a generic requiristioner in most of our reqs. See image.
Background: Our users would like “Keyword Search's” enabled for Customers window, Quotes window, etc.…Problem: Each Keyword Search must have enabled “Search Domain” which contains three jobs: Synchronized, Optimized, and Rebuilt. The last job, Rebuilt, is failing. The Error Text is below (I’ve removed the App User ID from Error Text, as seen in blue highlight):ORA-29874: warning in the execution of ODCIINDEXALTER routineORA-06512: at "APPOWNERNAME.TRANSACTION_SYS", line 2025ORA-06512: at "APPOWNERNAME.APPLICATION_SEARCH_INDEX_SYS", line 508ORA-29960: line 1, DRG-10595: ALTER INDEX CUSTOMER_TIX failedDRG-50857: oracle error in drepopenORA-04063: package body "CTXSYS.DRVDML" has errorsORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called: "CTXSYS.DRVDML"ORA-06512: at line 1ORA-06512: at "APPOWNERNAME.APPLICATION_SEARCH_INDEX_SYS", line 497ORA-06512: at "APPOWNERNAME.APPLICATION_SEARCH_SYS", line 778ORA-06512: at line 1ORA-06512: at "SYS.DBMS_SQL", line 1721ORA-06512: at "APPOWNERNA
The attached image is the error thrown when attempting a PO for a particular internal supplier.
Background: Two Sites belong to the same company. Site A supplies parts (including configured parts) to Site B. When Site B reports a defective part, Site B must complete an MRB case, physically inform Site A, and Site A must complete a RMA case.Problem: Site B has to create a new PO (and inform Site A) AND site A can’t issue credit since both sites are under the same company. Both sites, essentially, must start from scratch and perform much “foot work” outside of IFS.Request: What is the simplest process to transfer parts between sites AND return parts while cataloging MRB/RMA cases?Notes:Distribution orders aren’t viable since parts are often configurable. Solution must drive demand like a customer order. Solution must (of course) be traceable in IFS.
Supply Code ‘Int Purch Dir’ doesn’t have ‘default Info’ checked. Is there a way to always have it checked without having to check it every time? See image 1.3.
Emailed PDF for MRB case failing to send for some Users. Can’t determine why some users are able to receive emailed PDF while others cannot. Attached is the window in particular. There are, of course, workarounds, however, this window in saves users time and is a logical step. Any ideas? Note: I’ve left email-to-field the blank for the sake of the example.
Is there a function within the ‘Customer Order’ screen to Create/print pick list? I’m attempting to print without leaving the ‘Customer Order’ window. We understand there’s a separate screen to create the list but specially want to print from CO screen. See attached if need be.
Scan-It cameras sensitivity (iPad) is too sensitive. Looking for a means to adjust it. No machine setting is offering a solution. So, I’m wondering if the App itself has any controls. As of now, it grabs any barcode that comes into frame.
Hello,Where can text size and/or text color be adjusted? For example, in attached image, the text under ‘Location No’ and ‘Warehouse’ is too faint and too small, especially when using mobile devices. I’m assuming this is configurable in IFS and not necessarily the machine. Also, changing the theme to Dark or otherwise don’t help. Respectfully,Tony
