Can we create unique constraint in IFS base table DB level on user_def column? . we are getting external ref from external systems and creating data using maps with custom key (external ref) and made unique in custom meta data .Still we see duplicates due to multi thread api’s . we can t to create unique constraints in DB level in BASE tables in TASK/Request tables ?

Hi Team,Do we have an option FSM web/Smart in show lookup on non-primary column and on clock on “OK”, primary Id need to be stamped automatically . Ex: in Task Screen , UI should show only “Address name” . Lookup should on “Address name” , if user pick one address , “ADDRESS_ID” should stamp in backend . ADDRESS_ID are generated in sequence and nothing relevant to FSM user
Hi All, w have requirement to show few datetime related columns show same values for all FSM user irrespective of logged in users machine time zone . we have a setup in custom metadata with mask type as “DateTimeNoTZ” . this functionality working fine as expected in Smart Client. Web client , it is not working . even though we configured masktype in UI design . is there any setting need to be done separately to show same value as smart client ? . please note that this requirement is only for few fields a nd not for entire application
Hi All, we are using bing map api for getting geo codes .Business requirement is to stop geo codes if address comes from external system as geo codes are part of the inbound .we have tried to restrict using Business rule 128 but it is not working . even though conditions are not met, IFS calling bing by default ex : condition : like modified_by != ‘inter_user’ , output column “Output (1) Geo Source” =”Bing” : still conditions are not met but calling bing map . we have tried to create two rules rule1: modified_by = ‘inter_user’ , output column “Output (1) Geo Source” =”Custom” rule2: modified_by != ‘inter_user’ , output column “Output (1) Geo Source” =”Bing” this is working as expected as there is geo source =”Custom” . is this correct way to stop geocode api ? any other alternative approach ?
whenever we are deleting attachments from FSM UI and physical attachment still exist in //M5attachments folder. how can we identify and cleanup orphan records from //M5attachment folder ?
Is there anything we can generate xml using XMLmaps and capture the xml message without sending to outbound system ?. business purposes : we wanted to use this xml for creation another entity record with similar date using one entity use this xml to send sync response with customized perform definition.

Receiving array tasks from external system . if any exception in one of the task while creating , all tasks should rollback . Expectation either create “ALL” or “NONE” .XML Map is rollback particular task and not all Ex: IFS receiving two tasks, skills ,address and etc. Second tasks if any skill don’t match with in IFS. Only second transaction roll back and first task still exist in IFS Is there any way to achieve this

Hi Team, Our requirement to use external Ref id to store in FSM table and use this as key for inbound requests . Ex: REQUEST table “CROSS_REFERENCE” is string 64 and wanted to increase to 128. is there any way to increase length of column Create an index on this column this seems common requirements and has anyone done this approach. We have a requirements to call external systems and need to go though the proxy with credentials .Is there anyway to config proxy with authentication in IFS ?In web.config file where we can give a proxy server details but we no option to pass credentials
