User permissions and dataset disappear after PSO upgrade

Hi Experts,Customer is facing a post upgrade issue.During the upgrade from 6.9.0.26 to 6.10.0.13 the Admin group has been dissociated form the users but they kept the admin rights.  They also lost the dataset they should be able to view. The workaround used by the customer was to add 'viewAllDataSets' permission to the default set which seems working.  According to our initial investigation, we did the same version upgrade process (6.9.0.26 to 6.10.0.13) in local environment, however, we were unable to replicate the issue. While comparing the pre and post system data files of the customer, we found that the "Administrator" group data is missing in the Groups query. But the Group_Permission and User_Group sections still contain the "Administrator" group id. But the point is Group table has the “Administrator” record in the database.Do anyone of you faced these kinds of issues before? Are there any possibilities to sort this issue

Cannot change person record.

Hi Experts,Can anyone help me to sort the following problem?Customer is facing a issue whenever they tried to inactive some users.In FSM Client, they cannot change some person records in FSM due to an error that we get everytime when attempting to save the changes. For some users, whenever saving changes made to the person record, we receive an error "row ____ was changed after it was selected."  I have tried the following solutions from the community post, but unable to sort the issue.https://community.ifs.com/business-rules-305/error-row-request-2444-was-changed-after-it-was-selected-reselect-and-try-again-2815 There are 2 user_def fields defined in the person custom metadata and they are both set to force select = Y. There is a relationship with cb_weekday table to the person metadata and cb_weekday has fields that also updated to force_select = Y. Note :- This happens if customer attempt to change anything on the person screen..They are able to circumvent the error by updating the

FSM Mobile home screen not loading - user role compatibility issue

Hi Experts,Appreciate your input regarding the following issue.Issue:- In customer’s Environment Mobile client Home screen is not loading when accessing with role, when they are removing the role then the screen is loading or if they clone the existing role and create a new role then with that new role the home screen is loading but not loading with the existing role.Also, why is this issue occurring for the specific role, but not for the cloned role?

Smart client getting Object reference error

The issue was, whenever the customer tried to work with smart client, the Object reference not set to an instance of an Object error was popping out intermittently.This is not happening for a specific functionality or screen. Randomly the error get triggered. Customer only start to face this issue after upgrade the FSM from 12 to 18. Once the error triggered, the user can see the same error message in the other screen as well. After the relogin this issue is not happening for a while, and but some time later again the same error triggered.Based on the log file investigation, I have found that issue in the authentication session token. So customer is facing this issue only login through the SSO credentials. But they didn’t get this issue whenever using FSM credentials.What can be the possible solutions to sort out this issue?The detail error message:-<hierarchy_select>  <attrs>    <attr>ps_setting_value.screen_name</attr>    <attr>ps_setting_value.person_id

FSM Web client HTTP 500 errors occurred randomly

The customer's production environment web client fails randomly with HTTP 500. Based on the IIS logs the failure happens mostly in the customized screen request. Are there any possible causes why this is happening randomly? and getting hundreds of HTTP 500 errors after the system restart.Only exception  they have provided :-“Application: w3wp.exe CoreCLR Version: 4.700.21.6504 .NET Core Version: 3.1.12 Description: The process was terminated due to an unhandled exception. FSM analyze tool

Can anyone give me a guide to use the FSM analyze usage tool? What is the purpose of this tool?Path:-FSM smartclient->Studio->Tools>Analyze Usage
