Hi there, I am currently looking at expanding our use of Call Centre Cases in IFS (Apps 10). IFS use Cases to handle their customer support issues and have an auto upload email address set up which automatically adds emails to the Case that it relates to as contact notes. I was just wondering where in the application this is set up? Many thanks,Annie
I have added a custom image URL to an Aurena Lobby which displays as expected in EE but when viewing the lobby on Aurena it does not display the background image. Does anyone know how this can be done? Many thanks,Annie
We use Call Centre Cases extensively and we control access internally using Support Organisations and Case Types of “Local”. This stops Users from seeing Cases that should be limited from their access.We are now looking to use Global Solutions but the same access controls do not seem to exist. It appears that regardless of your Support Organisation access you are able to see all Global Solutions and edit them if the permission sets allow it. Is anyone aware of any method for controlling access on which Global Solutions Users can see?
