But in the Custom processes where we added the query for the insert the task_id value is not retrieved for the exection point.We get this error in logs :Message: SQL Server exception (137:Must declare the scalar variable "@TASK_ID".) executing following SQL: Kindly revert on the solution for this process to handle the task_id in FSM
We have a business requirement to filter the list in one of the combo box/dropdown in FSM screen based on the user's access group.Currently, the this dropdown field display value without filtering through configured lookup in metadata.Is it possible to filter this list based on Client Script. For example, we get data to be shown inside dorpodown in the client script, lopp through the values and add them to the dropdown list.
We would like to know if it is possible to validate while adding individual resource to resource planner if the relocation of the resource is active or not, meaning that (relocationstartdate)<sysdate<(relocationenddate).Kindly let us know If there is any solution provided in PSO for this.
Hi Team, We have created two positions as below for PSO resources. Crew Leader Crew MemberWe need to have only one crew leader in a PSO Team. For this we tried configuring in PSO Requirement screen as below. Our expectation was that after setting the below requirement PSO will show an error if we try adding another Crew Leader within the team in PSO Resource Planner. But unfortunately it doesn't shows any error while trying to add more than one crew leader. We are able to specify membership and generate shifts for these multiple crew leaders. Everything looks green in the PSO Resource Planner screen for these crew leaders. It means this is acceptable in PSO. Please advise how we can restrict multiple crew leaders in our requirement.Regards Ajay
In the past few days, after sending the 3 APKs through KNOX to the TAB2 and TAB3, once they download the APK and connect to the FSM, they do not proceed with automatic synchronization. Instead, it needs to be done manually through the tablet's settings. So, the requirement is that when a new APK is pushed, it should automatically initialize.when a new APK is pushed, it should automatically initialize in mobile side.how we can achieve it to community.
We have an requirement , where in we are supposed to add a Custom button which calls the Client Scripts to perform specific action. To achieve this we have used the List Item Panel where in We add an object such as Attachment or parts used and hide all button such as Add , Delete including the Object’s list views. But we see that there is the Filter option still shown and we couldn’t find a means to hide it . [1] Kindly revert if we can hide this options along with others.(OR) [2] Another way to add a custom button within the tab.
Hi Team,We see that we have some dependent tables where purging or archiving is working for specific DB tables. but it doesn’t work for the all the records. it is seen that for Certain set of tables it is working fine. For others it does not work how can we understand on the root cause of this behavior. kindly suggest as this is priority to be fixed and check. Basically in the Metrix Browser url we need to pass current logged in user. Hi Team,Can you please explain how skills work in PSO? As per our business requirement, skills should be inherited from Team to resource added to team in Resource Planner. We checked Planning > General Data > Skills and found the column Team Inheritable. Does it mean that the skills are inheritable? We don't know how to validate this. Hi Team, We have a requirement in FSM to display attachment names as links in the Task > Attachment tab. Requirement is that when user clicks on attachment name column, it should be clickable like link and should open the link contained in attachment_path column. Hi team, We have iframed other application url inside FSM Smart Client. We are passing task parameters in the iframed url using the format {{task.task_id}}. It is working fine in smart client. But the same is not working in webclient. In webclient it takes the parameter value as {{task.task_id}}Can you please advise how to fix this for web client or workaround for this? We need to construct urls through metrix browser as iframes in web client. Basically it should work in webclient rather than smartcliet for us. The URL is unable to substitute e.g. {{task.task_id}} in web client. Regards,Ajay
Hi Team, We have a requirement to save attachments into NFS drive that needs credentials to access it. We have tried configuring the NFS path into the ATTACHMENT DIRECTORY app param. But when we are trying to save attachment, it gives below error. The username or password is incorrect. We understand it is because credentials are required but there is no setting to set credentials for Attachment directory. Request you to please advise on how we can save attachments into NFS drive. Hi Team, We have a requirement to save attachments in FSM based on File Type in respective folders. For example, Solution document type to saved into the folder Solution created inside the default File Attachment directory. We were advised that we can try extending the method SaveAttachmentAsFile in AttachmentPolicy file. I tried creating a custom Attachment Policy and inherited it from AttachmentPolicy class. But I am not getting an option to override the method SaveAttachmentAsFile. Below code is giving error, no suitable method found to override. Hi Team, The CFSM template contains a Visual Studio solution file called “cfsm.sln”. This includes Server Customization, Client Customization, Custom Mobile Extensions, etc. Does cfsm.sln comes with IFS installer setup? I mean once you install IFS will we be able to access “cfsm.sln” for MPM creation? In case it is not included in the IFS installer, then where can we find it? Regards,AJAY
