What permission is needed to print custom fields in an Operation Crystal Report?

What permission is needed to print custom fields in an Operation Crystal Report? We have multiple operational reports printing using Crystal reports but we cannot print custom data fields. If the report view has joins to _TAB sources, all fields will print through Crystal. IF we change a join source to _CFV because we have custom data to print, nothing prints or is visible. The data is visible in the report view but not in Crystal. It is visible using the Crystal report editor but when run from Order reports the data is not visible, blank.Is there a permission that needs granted?

Why don't Shop floor operation start times update?

We can’t seem to get our Shop operation start times to change or update. We think the times should update based on the labor time reported on the previous operation? Is anyone else seeing the same issue?Thanks

In Page Designer can you increase the size of the Card element?

In Aurena Page Designer can you increase the size of the Card element? Can you resize a card to fit the screen or change the Font size? On a tablets the data displayed is too small to read. Any suggestions on how to make a screen bigger and easier to view?Thanks,

What steps are needed to move an FTP document repository

What steps are needed to move an FTP document repository? We moved repository to a new server location and new IP address. Should add the new Repository Address and User first? I don’t want to break the document link in IFS. I have read a few community postings but could not find a step by step process to follow. We copied our Document server to a new host and it has a new IP. Can someone provide direction? We use APPS10 UPD#11Thank you,

Is there another way to report shop order labor time other than Shop Floor Workbench?

Is there another way to report shop order labor time other than Shop Floor Workbench? Is the ability to report employee labor to a shop order operation only done through SFWB? Is there other options. We are using Apps10 UPD#11 IEE and Aurena.

Can Conditional formatting on a detail Tab reference header data?

Can Conditional formatting on a detail Tab reference header data? I am trying to use Conditional Formatting on the Receive Shop Order screen. I want the row highlighted in the Inventory Receipt TAB when the WDR field matches the Order_No field in the header data (Receive Shop Order) screen?Is the possible in APPS10 UPD#11 IEE?

How can I add a field to a report to be used in Report Rules?

I am trying to create a Report Rule for ORDER_QUOTATION_REP but the field I want to use is not available. MARKET_CODE is available on the SALES QUOTATIONS screen but not in the ORDER_QUOTATION_REP view. How can I add this field? Should I use IFS Developer Studio? I Need a Quick Report for Paid Supplier Invoices that shows Paid status and the date it was paid? I’m using INVOICE_LEDGER_ITEM_SU_QRY as my base view but it does not show “Date Paid”. Is the an API method to Get the paid date or is there another view I should be using? Thank you,

How to fix Error running Aggregate Inventory Transactions per Period

We are getting an error when we run Aggregate Inventory Transactions per Period. How can I find out where (what table) has the referenced Configuration ID: 3142520 ?Inventory_Value_Calc_API.Calculate_Invent_Value_Priv__The Inventory Part Config does not exist. Site: MA1, Part No: 5492FL, Configuration ID: 3142520This configuration ID does next exist anywhere I can see. How to register arrival when different Uom from supply source?

How to register arrival when different Uom from supply source? We have intersite orders where the demand source unit of measure is different from the supply site and I can’t do register arrival of the PO. How can I complete the process? If IFS allows the parts to be order entered with different UoMs then it should allows us to register arrival? Am I missing a step? Is there a way to convert it or do we need to cancel order and make sure both UoM are the same?Thank you,

How to close old Customer Orders when Quantities are different

We have hundreds of old customer orders that need closed but we can’t? The sales Qty is greater than the delivered Qty and invoiced Qty. Is this an R&D issue? Example; customer ordered Qty(4), we delivered and invoiced Qty(1) and now the order is so old the customer does not want the remaining Qty(3) or the customer no longer exists. How can we clean up these orders?Thank you, Different Qty
