Have selected the checkbox for ‘Use as Customer Repayment’ in Payment Formats per Company screen, but still don’t have the option to select it as payment method when creating Repayment Order? What else needs to be selected/set up to allow this?
We use 4 decimal places when creating customer invoices, so local settings are set to 4 places, however this is causing an issue when customer obviously pays to 2 decimal places. Is it possible to create and produce the invoice using 4 decimal places but only post to customer account as the 2 decimal place rounded figure?
Trying to test Customer Repayment process for some credit balances that occur with some of our customers.I have a payment method set up that I use for the Direct Debit order, and I would like the posting to be the same for repayments (bank, GL Code etc). How can I attach a new (or the current one already set up) payment method to Customer Repayments?

We raise invoices with 4 decimal places for unit price. When customer pays us it is 2 decimal places but when processing mixed payment and matching the invoice IFS will write off the difference of 3rd and 4th decimal. However, when we have payments on account, which are of higher value than invoice, we try to match/offset these but are always left with 3rd and 4th decimal place remaining on account as an outstanding value when the value is changed to match invoice.How can we fix this so that the small difference is cleared in tolerance similar to when the correct value is paid. Example: Payment £1,234.56Invoice £1,234.5678Mixed payment writes off 0.0078Payment £1,000Payment £2,000Payment £3,000Invoice £5,123.4567 Amending line 3 to £2,123.45 to match and clear invoice leaves 0.0067 as a outstanding value on account
When creating a mixed payment, the voucher type is no longer pre-populating. Why would this be, and how can we fix?
Looking to upload CHAPS/Faster Payments etc from IFS into our bank using their import templates. Does IFS have standard/compatible output for these? Or how can I get IFS to output files in desired layout to import to bank?
Why won’t a new price automatically pull through if a change order has been processed to update a new price? For example, invoice is in query because it is short of £500 - the purchase requistioner updates the PO to reflect new price, but to clear the invoice we have to manually go to the posting proposal and ‘pull in’ PO/receipts again, despite having a scheduled job to run to check for new receipts?
We have uploaded and created a batc of instant invoices which are sitting at PR status. However, they are visible in the ‘Print invoice’ Screen at PR status, however in ‘Instant Invoice’ screen on 2 out of 6 are visible when searching for ‘PR’ series ID? Why would invoices in the Print Invoice screen not be visible in Instant Invoice screen? It appears to be 1 specific customer that is different
Have cancelled the matching on a mixed payment however it has not reversed as I would have expected.The payment is now not showing on the customer account, but is showing as a separate entry on an aged creditor list.How can I rectify this mixed payment (I am now unable to cancel the mixed payment) to show on customer account and not on the separate age creditor line?

I’ve set up new payment terms in IFS for 60 days from End of month. This appears to be calculating 60 days from invoice date and then pushing out to End of Month, anything dated in June is due on 31st August. Is it possible to calculate End of Month then 60 days, for example anything dated June would be due on 29th Aug (60days from 30th June)?

What is the purpose of this screen? I can see that I can search and discover any orders without an invoice number (an outstanding sale), but if I populate this screen it appears to give every order that has been raised? Is there a reason that this includes every order even with an invoice, as this doesn’t appear to suggest ‘Outstanding Sale’?

How can I set up a folder in windows 10 that can only be saved to direct from IFS (i.e can’t be changed after file is created)
When creating a payment file, IFS currently outputs to a folder that our externals BACs program will upload and process. We are trying to secure this by making the folder location read only so that the file cannot be manipulated between IFS and BACs program. However, when trying to create the file in IFS we now encounter an error because of the read only status of folder. Is there a way that IFs can send a file to a read only folder that we cannot manipulate?
