Hi Experts,I have a problem with the Repaircenter baseline screen in FSM 6U27.When I click the search button in the Repaircenter screen, it takes nearly 1 minute to show the results. Additionally, if I click on one of the Repaircenter records, it takes nearly 2 minutes to enter the screen. Sometimes, the application is unresponsive when I attempt to enter the Repaircenter record.I have captured the XML query when clicking the search button in Repaircenter, and I have attached the XML.Currently, in my system, the repair_center_view has 80457 records. Can we categorize this as an indexing problem?
Hi Experts,I have a customer running FSM production environment & there is a requirement configure FSM instance to use HTTPS instead of currently used HTTP.The question is the customer has a specific requirement of not running the FSM installer file to reconfigure the application with these changes.Customer is asking whether it is possible to manually change the configuration files of the FSM instance to enable HTTPS communication, without doing an application reconfiguration through installer. Hi all,another question regarding MX_U table, if FSM application is in IFS managed service, who maintains the MX_U table for deleting the old records? As this table can be very big and the usage of old history might not be necessary anymore. If it’s customer’s responsibility to maintain it, can you describe steps to check and do it? Hi Experts, I have a situation where I need to compare values in a specific column of a specific table to all the other tables which has the same column. This is a FSM database and I need to query the orphan data (Child values which doesn't have parent values) sometimes generated when upgrade scripts are run. As an example, imagine there is a table called "A" and in that table there is a column called "B".There are numerous other tables which has this same column "B". So table A's "B" column is the parent and all other "B" columns are child columns. So other tables' "B" column can't have values which are not in table "A"s "B" column. I need a query to do following things, 1. To know which other tables have this column "B"2. To know which of these columns have invalid values and to show what those invalid values are Can someone suggest a query to do that ?Best Regards,Atheeq

Hi experts,In this FSM6U10, Integration Scheduling Wizard, “Start Time” has a 1 hour difference from “Next Run”. Consider the following two scenarios,The server is in ET time zoneFor a Smart Client in ET:Last run and next run are at 5:30 AM Trigger field is set for 9:30 UTC Scheduling wizard shows 4:30 AM - 1 hour differenceSmart Client in ETThe server is in ET time zoneFor a Smart Client in CT:Last run and next run are at 4:30 AM Trigger field is set for 9:30 UTC Scheduling wizard shows 3:30 AM - 1 hour difference My question is, why is this showing a 1 hour time difference ? Since “Last Run” and “Next Run” is showed in Client time zone, shouldn’t the “Start time” in the Integration Scheduling wizard show the same time ? Is this a bug or is there an explanation to this ? P.S. I referred the post Monitor schedules / Integration schedules time fields | IFS Community but this doesn’t explain this time difference. Thanks in Advance !!!!
