Hello Everyone, There is a requirement to send Attachments with the same email of the Purchase Order’s Print Order...The mail should contain the attachments of the Purchase Order as well as the Purchase Order report.This should be happen only if the attachments are in specific document classes eg: 4600 - 4699.This should be work in Aurena as well. Hi,Is there any mechanism to keep record of supplier evaluations?There is a field in Supplier/SRM Info that can store supplier rating, but is there any rating mechanism like a weighted factor to input the scores for each criteria of supplier evaluation?Is supplier audit a suitable tool for this? It keeps record of standards and business areas being audited and does not seem to be suitable for a long checklist. But even if so, is there any way to record the result of the evaluation for each area as a score so that a total score can be generated as supplier rating? Thanks in advance,

How it can be without using sales and cost of sales account. we need to use intercom[any accounts. Dear Experts ,when we have active in purchase order change orders , released status PO delivery date can not change without change orders . However , price and qty changes need to be have change orders . Therefore , we can not go for Change order optional option in Site level and supplier level ? Do you have any views on this matter ?

Hi, what’s the easiest method to update the prices of certain characteristics? We have a configuration price list. There is a charachteristic ‘Color’, with the option ‘Yellow’. Let’s say we want to increase the price of the Yellow in every price list with 2%, how can this be done? I don’t see the same logic as with the base price update and the corresponding update of the price lists, as the charecterics are not in the base price? Thanks!

Hi,If PO had one line with qty 6 and charges of 100 EUR attached it.if we receive partial qty 3 number, than all the charges will come qty 3 , this lot batch will carry all charges and 100 EUR charge will come with it. anyways , we can split charges for single line based on qty..? qty 3 - 50 EUR charges,qty 3- 50 EUR charges, total qty 6, --.> 100 EUR charges.
Not able to run IPR, I am new to the set up I have run the IPR along with demand planner. However currently there is no demand planner set up. Hi, We are facing an issue in purchasing that are not able to add additional charges per shipment as most of purchase orders arrive in serveral shipements (partial deliveries). Currently the charges added to a purchase order will be taken proportionally to the received shipment. Only the charges of the shipment is known when the shipment arrive like custom, insurance, freight , others. So at the time of shipment receiving unit cost is incorrect as the charges are added partially to received parts.Kindly is there any way or workaround solution to add charges to received shipment.Thank you.Bilal DrayiMedical & Pharmaceuticals Services Company
