Hi,We are not using single sign on.When a specific user is trying to open IFS EE to login , he is not able to enter his credential .He hold shift until below screen appears, untick Use single sign on but IFS is still not giving him the option to enter his credential and is automatically trying to log him which prompt an error. Any suggestion please ? we are on update 15
Hi Team,After connecting to VPN , some users are getting below error which block them from connecting to IFS. These users always used to connect without any issue to IFS.Any idea how to solve it ?
Hi Community, I am trying to Schedule Quick Report. It failed with below error‘The directory id MY_USERID is not allowed to run the application.ORA-06512: at "IFSAPP.ERROR_SYS", line 140ORA-06512: at "IFSAPP.ERROR_SYS", line 341ORA-06512: at "IFSAPP.LOGIN_SYS", line 329ORA-06512: at "IFSAPP.LOGIN_SYS", line 136ORA-06512: at line 1” Just to mention that I got IFS_ALL permission and I can also run the QR in the frontend. I tried other QR also without success.When I change “Execute As” to ‘System’ it also fail with a different error ‘Entity instance not found. (QUICK_REPORT - QUICK_REPORT_ID=813974.0)’.Also to mention that we are on APP10 update 15.Much appreciate your help
Hi All,We have a very strange case where data not loaded / very slow loading in “Terminate Employment Logs” just for 1 user. No impact on other users.This user always used to manage this data thru this window so it is not a data access or permission issue . I believe it is related to locking record issue because it is keep turning and waiting …If I restrict the search just for 1 record , it will end up populating this record after 3-4 min … any suggestions will be much appreciated

Hi, I am new to Business Report ...my Business Report is using data from GL Transaction. I need to list ALL the cost element linked to each activity. Is this possible to generate data from many information sources into 1 sheet?when I tried to add a custom attribute to GL transaction , it is just returning 1 value ! same result when I try to add my custom attribute as repeater .Any suggestion will be much appreciated
