Hello! Do we have timeouts in Wadaco? I have two cases I’m struggling for now.Inside a process, after clicking the “List” button, I’m waiting more than 10 mins for fetching the data and finally, when LOV opens, I receive empty table, not being able to choose anything from. Awaiting time isn’t the main thing I’m worried about for now, I’ll check this later (probably database issues). Now I’m curious if Wadaco has a timeout mechanism for LOV and behaves like that. Similarly, I have a simple process FIND_INVENTORY which doesn’t want to open sometimes. I’m just waiting in a Data Collection Menu not being able to do anything else and after a while (couple of minutes) it resets and I can choose another process or switch the site etc...
Hi!Can anyone share with me information, where AGGREGATED_LINE_ID “key” comes from? In what object this is an objid or something like that?I believe that’s similar to UNIQUE_LINE_ID Item from REPORT_PICKING_PART as this is objid from CUSTOMER_ORDER_RESERVATION.Thank you!
Hi, We are looking to try and reuse our existing Zebra/ Motorola windows mobile hand held scanners when we implement WaDaCo.We are implementing IFS Cloud and I have heard there are a few issues but I’m not sure what they are.IFS seem to be pushing Android as the solution, but apart from reports that SSO is not compatible, has anyone else implemented, or is implementing Cloud with WaDaCo using windows mobile devices and found other issues?Thanks in advance
Hello All,I have some problems with a WADACO Configuration, maybe it´s a BUG in the IFS Cloud 21R1 because I have not the same problem on IFS APP10.So if I put the RECEIVE_CASE as a automatic Value = Default (this value is always present and must be maintained at the supplier for purchased part) it doesn´t appear, the field remains empty and the LOV must be madeI have the same setting for the PART_NO and here it works: Does anybody have an idea?Thank you in advance.

According to Field Description ACTUAL DELIVERY DATE is:The date on which the goods mentioned on the receipt were actually delivered at the delivery address specified on the source object line. The date and time value is automatically displayed by the system based on actual arrival date and transport lead time, but can be modified during the receipt process. If we use IFS Cloud, we can set ACTUAL DELIVERY DATE manually to the value of the supplier’s Delivery Note.But, if we use WADACO for the same Register Arrival procedure, we can’t see the field availble in the Data Collection Configuration How can I get this standard field to be avaible in the configuration?
How do i set the barcorde ID (1st row) the same as Material ID (2nd row)? I need those to be the same so i can issue the material via WADACO. Thanks in advance.
Looking to combine the Create Handling Unit and Pack into Handling Unit on Shipment configuration.The process would be as follows:Create 1 Handling Unit (i.e. box) Pass this Handling Unit ID to the Pack into Handling Unit on Shipment configuration Create a loop of parts to continue to pack parts into the HU If more boxes are needed, the user restarts at step 1.It doesn’t appear possible to pass a Subsequent Data Item ID to the Pack into Handling Unit on Shipment configuration as the HU ID is not created until after the Create Handling Unit configuration is completed. Is this a limitation or is this possible in some fashion?The users do not want to tag the Handling Units with labels during the packing process. Environment: 23R1 SU1
Hello, In WADACO's "REPORT_PICK_PART_SO_PICK_LIST" configuration, I can't get out of the loop. The system can't find the last line of the pick list so when it can't find the following line, it puts me back on "Unique line ID". Do you know how to correct this? Thank you.Lina
How Can I configure the Wadaco Process, so that after picking the fist line of the pick list, the second line will be displayed automatically? So that I do not have to enter the pick list no again as fist step and I can continue with the next line of the pick list. Wadaco Configuration: “REPORT_PICK_PART_SO_PICK_LIST”. As Last Line on Pick List = No, after saving the next line of the pick list should appear.And not again the starting position above.
On the WADACO Data Collection Configuration the "Use Automated Value" option in our PROD does not seem to function the same as in our TEST systemWe have been using the REPORT_PICK_PART_SO_PICK_LIST config in the prod system and noticed that for some reason prod is behaving differently to test in regards to the automatic value settings in the configuration.In the “Use automatic Value” field If I select "Default" in the LOCATION_NO and PART_NO fields then in our TEST system the default value from the pick list is presented in the WADACO screen and if I set them to “off” then no value is shown, but in the PROD system it does not matter whether I set it to default or off either way no value is shown. Any ideas why ? Both systems are running Apps 10 update 11
We’re attempting to utilize IFS Aurena in our environment for WaDaCo, but we’re getting an error message every time that Move Part is used in WaDaCo. For info, we’re running IFS 10 update 9 and currently use IEE for everything else. See below for the full error: Database error occurred. Contact administrator. I did check the permissions of the user encountering this error and he does have all related WaDaCo permissions already.

Hi there @AnnaH ,I am having an issue with inserting a loop into a WADACO transaction for material issue.My transaction starts with asking for the Shop Order number which is correct. What I want is that WADACO will stay in that order as I have multiple issues to make to make to it. Is there a way to do this? Production operators are losing time having to constantly enter the order number. Below is how we have attempted to set up this transaction. Thank you

If I have a PO with Multiple Lines, In the WaDaCo Configurations is it possible set up a Capture Configuration ID to receive all the lines at once to an Arrival Location? I am attempting however cannot get past the system asking for “Inventory Quantity to Receive”.
Hi ,Has anyone managed to read GS1 Barcodes from phones - Andriod/IOS ? This is in 22R1 Aurena version. What is the FNC1 character you used? I tried with ASCII 93 as well as the default in the Barcode generator we use .But when reading from WaDaCo it just doesn’t pass values. Please see my screenshot below . Hello, in Aurena many pages visualize query results with related records visible in a collapsible subtable, like in my screen captures for Handling Units In Stock. One page where the same would be very useful is Data Collection Configuration(screen capped as well):currently the Feedback Items connected to a Data Item are visualized separately and located at the very bottom of the page, making it cumbersome to keep track which Data Items in general have Feedback Items. also if Show More is activated, the Feedback Item table spirals further away from view and there is no Show Less, so the user has to either refresh the browser or filter records.Could these issues be fixed with introducing the collapsible subtable to Data Collection Configuration?Maybe even add a column with a yes/no-field indicating if a Data Item has any Feedback Items?
Dear community.Is it possible to automatically print forms from the data stored in the Report Archive using the IFS standard function?I want to automatically print the data generated from WADACO to the Report Archive on the printer assigned to each IFS user.I believe that printer assignment for each IFS user can be achieved by utilizing User Printers and Print Agent.However, I do not know of the IFS standard function that automatically prints from the data stored in the report archive.I referred to the following article. User getting an error when attempting to pick with WA DA CO - “The Latest Data Set is a Duplicate” and it will not allow them to continue the picking process.
Hi Ambition:Perform Create Handling Unit and set Modify Handling as the next process. Issue: I want the Handling Unit Id created from the first process to be set as default value for the Modify-process. However, Handling Unit Id is not a Data Item in the first process but the actual result of finishing the process and the value is stored in the db. Is there any solution to have these two processes after eachother where the second process still fetches the Handling Unit ID that was created from the first process?
How can we link two separate custom WaDaCo processes together?
