I have a scenario like below and need to recreate in build place.Common costs are reported as follows.Rent 100,000Wages 250,000# of calls for Cost/profit center 1 = 200# of calls for Cost/profit center 2 = 350I need to allocate (pro-rate) above rent and wages for each cost center based on number of calls .I used the Periodical allocation guideline but could not recreate . Can I get advice on what is the best way to approach this?
Hello everyone,I'd like to thank you for your help with my concern about completing my financial projects.In fact, when I try to complete my financial project, it tells me that there is an unbalanced voucher (Details In the first screen shoot), which prevents me from finishing the process.When I look at the voucher number that the message mentions, I can see that my voucher are well balanced and are already in the GL (In second screen shoot).So, if anyone has already encountered this error, can you tell me how I can resolve it?Attached is a screenshot of the error message.Thanks to all
Hi Team Greetings When we are trying to link advance invoice in manual supplier invoice to create an offset. We are getting a following error On analysis, in Posting IP3, it is taking null value. If we add new posting control in IP3 with code part as currency, control type as country code. Still it does not work.Have any one seen such issues earlier?

Hi everyone, We getting an error when trying to post a fiscal note, although we don’t understand why the error is happening.In the order, we have the following preposting values:We have the preposting rules created as you can see below.However, when posting the fiscal note, we get the following error:“Value is missing or has an invalid time interval for posting type M30 control type C32 code part B in company 100.” To help with your answers, this error is only happening with non inventory sales-parts.Why is IFS searching for the values in M30 posting, when the values came from preposting?Is there some parametrization missing on our behalf? Hi All,Need your kind advice.My company is using IFS version 8. We tried create depreciation proposal for period 12 of 2023. They successfully created this; however, they said the depreciation amount is incorrect. Upon checking on of the asset object as below example, you can see that the amount generated for depreciation period 12 have an unordinary amount. I have taken a look at depreciation proposal history for period 12 of 2023, it seem the factor and Eval factor is different from usual. Below for your reference. I suspect that this might be the cause of issue We have tried to rollback the depreciation and create new depreciation proposal but the issue remained. Hi there,We will be using IFS cloud in the future. At the moment I’m at the Posting rules setup. We’d like an additional posting, with certain M40 combinations (RAW Material to Shop Order).The goal is to build the Work in Progress. I’d like to do this via Automatic Posting rules. We already now that there will be a lot of Postings, since everytime Material is taken at a shop order there will be two additional Postings.Has anyone experience with a lot of Postings generated by the Automatic Posting rules regarding performance? I now a lot is a bad definition so i’d say 500-600 postings a day.Thanks for the replies.

HI, In Poland there are depreciations which can’t deducted from corporate taxation.Depreciation needs to be divided into Taxable and Not Taxable. Is it possible to create depreciation method which split the depreciation into two lines? Or is there other solution for that? On posting control there is set up Tax on FAP5.
Hi Experts, There is a customer order invoice which was created as a collective invoice.One order with single line and 2 separate shipments were made. One invoice was created for both the shipments using the ‘Collective invoice’ functionality. The customer invoice has only one line for both the shipments and my question is whether there is a way to find out the connected shipments for this invoice line. Or is it possible to find out the Invoices created from the given shipments. Thanks.
How do I reverse a Supplier offset made in previous Financial Year? I have tried the Supplier Payment Rollback screen but there is no option to rollback the matching.
Hello Community - On the external supplier invoices screen, I have an invoice with the load error “Payment method ACH does not exist for supplier xx”. This is true but the supplier does have a payment method of check. Why is IFS insisting they get paid via ACH? We are on IFS10 update17. TIA
Hi, Can we final post an external supplier based on invoice date instead of the PO actual arrival date? I receive an invoice from supplier dated 2 May and good arrive on 5 May and we register arrival on 5 May. During posting proposal we are unable to post it based on invoice date, instead the system give us the below error message. Is there anywhere in the application we can configure in order to book invoice date as voucher date?
Hi, we have a bit of an urgent issue.One of our I Voucher Rows has the following error - There are no voucher no series for this voucher type and accounting_year.We have checked all voucher series per voucher type and taken these out to 2025 as part of the supplier invoice is period allocated until then, and all periods are open for the required user groups. Hello, I created this automatic posting rule for my not invoiced orders.As you can see this rule is trigerred by the M18 posting control. However the automatic posting is not generated although the posting related to M18 is created. Any idea how to fix this problem ? Best regards

For BI reporting purposes, I am looking for a way to correctly link the data (costs) from the GL Voucher Rows Analysis to the Part number (as per Customer Order). Unfortunately, it appears that there is no unique identifier to link the GL voucher information to the inventory transaction history, mpccom accounting, customer order, … I can only do an approximate link, by mapping the GL Voucher Rows Analysis [Voucher number, voucher type, account, code parts, amount] to the mpccom accounting table + [order reference] to the Inventory Transaction History. That way, we can fetch the Part Number from the Inventory Transaction History.This only works when there are not multiple rows on the Customer Order with the same cost (and code parts). Has anyone found the real unique reference from GL Voucher information to the inventory module?
