We have converted to IFS CLOUD, from IFS 9… Previously, we were able to edit a Customer invoice in Preliminary state, however we cannot figure out now, how to edit from the Manual customer invoices section of IFS Cloud…. There is no “edit” option in this screen, or in any of the “analysis” screens … Any help would be greatly appreciated!

In 22R1 it is not possible to do Edit All in all columns in the Accounts window, e.g. Keep Reported Currency as Currency Balance and Keep Balances Separated by Reporting Entity. Will this be changed in a new release or is this the way it shall work? It is very time consuming to enable it manually.
Could someone explain how the tolerance is calculated on a Posting Proposal and how it is being finally posted? Does it consider both % and Amount defined in the company/supplier level? Reason for the clarification: A customer requested a lobby to reflect the number of PO matched invoices that have the PPV within tolerance and the PO matched invoices that have the PPV outside tolerance.
Unlike this issue reported here ...We are looking to switch off the “Same No Prelim and Final Supplier” setting. We run Apps9 and are using Supplier Invoice Workflow. One of the companies in the group are challenged each Year End by having to remove any Prelim Invoices before moving over to a new Accounting Year because they have an I voucher allocated already. This has been heightened this year by them starting to use Document Management to attach copy invoices to the Prelim on IFS. Like many other companies, I’m sure, we have ‘year specific’ voucher series set up for I and J vouchers. Prelim Supplier invoices posted in current year have current year prefix so error when trying to finally post in New Year. Hello My company has no parallel currency setup. But when i am creating a customer payment transaction on mixed payment window I can enter parallel currency amount manually. See example below. Field is not deactivated. After finishing the record, I can see parallel currency amount Parallel currency amount is displayed in mixed payment voucher rows.
Community,Does anyone could tell me which window in IFS can maintain file TAX_LIABILITY_COUNTRIES? I am trying to remove the stale data in this file, but I cannot find where to remove it except SQL, but I don’t have SQL update function with me.The file can be seen in window Company/Tax Control/Invoice. We have non-inventory sales parts, and I am trying to find where on IFS I should go to see how that part is mapped to a certain account?The way I am used to parts is that they should be mapped to a certain cost account and revenue account, but I am new to IFS, so where is the place to go and see where the sales part is mapped? Also is that the same place to go to change how the item is mapped, can I edit that?Thanks

HiI try to figure out how this IPD tax information work. According to the help it is used when you enter a customer order with the supply code int purch dirsomehow i cannot make the system to fetch the taxcode from the IPD Tax information it always fetches the information from the supply country tab (see first printscreen). I’m using IFSAPP10.Most of our sales parts are zero-rated for VAT, but we have a few that are standard rate.Most of our customers are based in the UK, so have their Tax Code set to standard rate in the Customer screen, but we also export to some EU customers, who have their Tax Code set EU rate 0%.When raising customer orders, the sales part tax code always seems to supercede the customer tax code. This works well when selling zero-rated sales parts. However, when we raise EU customer orders for standard-rated sales parts, this presents a problem because they appear with 20% VAT, when we need to invoice EU customers with zero VAT.Can anyone suggest a solution?Many thanks.

We have a new Controller and we added her to the Voucher Approval workflow.She started on 12/15/2021, but we backdated her in the Voucher Approvers screen to 7/1/2021.We have a voucher that was created 1/5/2022, with a Voucher Date of 12/31/2021. When she tries to approve it, we get the error Valid From date of the Approver should be earlier than the Voucher Date.Can anyone help with what we are missing?(IFS10 UPD9)
Hello,I´m having some issues with “min amount of days” in the reminder template and reminder level. In level 1 its stated 7days and that works out fine, but in level 2 the amunt of days is stated to 10 days,The reminder proposal does not take that in consideration and calculate 7 days as well for that reminder level.Anyone who knows if this is a bug or if I´m doing something wrong?
