There are many apps for sales or warehouse staff in apple and google store. Can anyone share the full list of these apps? Also, do we need anything extra to use these apps? Who can help with this issue?You should describe not only mobile applications, but also all kinds of add-ons that will facilitate the use of IFS, together with its use, under this post. Hi - Is there a single place I can look to see APP10 release / update notes that is updated when new Updates are released?? I have seen other posts with details for up to Update 17, but I need the location where IFS publish every note… We should see notes for Update and 18 and 19 now. where can I find them? Hi All is there a way to edit Base Profile in Aurena. One of our customers want to save searches for Aurena in Base Profile but not sure how to do that. One way is to save it in Personal profile of user and then copy it to Base Profile but is there a way to do it directly in Base Profiles like we do it for Enterprise Explorer.

Hi,We are trying to push Use Single Sign-on flag ticked by default for all users but cannot see any entries in the base profile for this. Is there a IFS base profile entry, browser settings or window registry where we can use to set this flag to TRUE by default ? We want to push this all users without having to request them to set this flag to each user for themselves. The Technical documentation says “The setting will be saved in the user settings and will be valid for all the subsequent logins.”

Need to understand the user last login information from IFS Application and the no of days not logged in and out when using Single sign on functionality.
Our client is rolling out Aurena everywhere but they have found a few areas where they feel Aurena is not fully ‘ready’. Has anyone documented a list of features/functions/modules/processes that do not work (well) in Aurena compared to IEE?An example we have found:Projects/Programs. Aurena requires multiple screens, clicks and views to perform what is available in a single view in IEE.Has anyone else found examples like this and is someone at IFS working to make Aurena better and more capable for all modules?
Hi - We are a IFS cloud customer. Currently on apps 10 and will be moving to v12. Nothing is hosted on-prem. The login page for apps 10 has a forgotten password option which we have been told does not work and will not in version 12 which is odd considering the option is there and that ‘password resets’ is a basic part of any hosted platform.As a result we have to manually reset peoples passwords. As a company with over 2000 employees, this is not practical.Does anyone have any input on this please?We are open to using the IFS API’s to create are own password reset function.Thanks.Nav.
Is IFS support the ‘forgot password’ funcion?Right now just it says to contact an administrator. Is there a way to enable that function for a user?

Hi All, We are currently on IFS V8 and looking at Apps 10. We are evaluating the pros and cons of using Aurena Client vs IFS Enterprise Explorer (IEE). Can you please let me know whether Aurena has all the functionalities (including Solution Manager functionalities) that IEE has or , if we choose to use Aurena in Apps 10 , will we still have to use IEE for certain things ? Considering upgrade of IFS from V7 or 7.5 to V10 or IFS Could version, what are the considerations for upgrading the CRIM elements and what are the steps involved for the upgrade.Does anyone have any documentation describing the approach, methodology and tasks involved for a version upgrade highlighting the dependencies and tasks for CRIM elements.
We are on apps10 and the first print job each day gets stuck status waiting, so does not print. If the same user prints the same item again, then the print job goes through fine to the printer.This seems to have been happening since we went live with IFS10. We are using the new IFS print agent. I have checked the logs there and the first print job does not show and the first job shown is the next print job that went through OK. Everything else prints successfully during the day, until the next day when the first print job stays in status waiting.There is on average about 6 hours between the last print job of the previous day, to the first print on the next day. We are planning to restart everything this evening to see if this helps, but any ideas what could cause this would be appreciated. ThanksDarren

Hi,We are running Apps 10, last week we updated from Update 3 to Update 8 in our Test environment.On testing we have noticed that our company Logo is not displaying anymore and the standard IFS one is, this is on report designer (rdl) type reports only.I have checked the system parameters and all looks ok against our Live environment, the report layout works fine in our Live enviroment, i have checked that the gif exists on the Server in the correct location. Tried re-importing the layout but nothing seems to work.Is there anything else i have not thought about or has anyone got any pointers that might help?Many thanksSteve
