We use 4 decimal places when creating customer invoices, so local settings are set to 4 places, however this is causing an issue when customer obviously pays to 2 decimal places. Is it possible to create and produce the invoice using 4 decimal places but only post to customer account as the 2 decimal place rounded figure?
A customer of ours is working on an interface between their bespoke HR system and IFS. They have the insert of new employees from their system into IFS up and running. However when a change is done for first or last name of the person (the employee), the response is good (status 200 received), but it can't be seen in the employee file in IFS Cloud.Request is: Involved fields that should change: Although response seems good, customer doesn't see it (also not after refresh of screen).Anybody that encountered this as well (here or with another svc)?
Is it possible to do calculations on screen, so if a user selects 5 from one drop down, and 5 from another drop down, the screen can apply a formula, for arguments sake, multiple one by the other, and put the result, “25” into another field?
Hi All,I have a customer requirement to define a posting control based on work type to map the revenue posting generated in sales invoice. As the work type is not a control type which is defined in the standard list of control types available in posting controls related to sales invoice postings, is it possible to define this control type for the standard list of values via a development? We are utilizing IFS 10 and moving into Aurena. I am looking for the documentation about Maintenance Surveys to document how to set them up and their capabilities. I am also wondering if a survey can be attached to work task steps or task templates I did not see that as part of the workflow configuration yet. How do you allow a tech to save where they are if you are not utilizing MWO? Finally, can surveys be linked or utilize the measurements in IFS?
When in Aurena, is there a way to not lose the NOTES saved on a closed opportunity once you reopen it? Another related issue is losing the actual Closed Date field. Re-opening a closed won opportunity removes the Closed Date also, which makes sense as it gets updated with the date the opportunity gets closed again, but is there any way to not lose the initial closure date?

Hi all,Our customer wants to start using master scheduling level 1, level 0 & S&OP in IFS Cloud. However, in their product strategy there are many possible SKUs (colors, sizes) in a product group, which makes it difficult to forecast each item because many variants/items are only created to order.The question is whether anyone has experience with a work around or adjustment where the product forecast is initially defined at product group (intermediate) level to drive MRP & capacity load from there and where consumption is aggregated from item to group level.It is important to note that the customer does not use Configure to Order. Hey all,An employee would like to search for the phone number of a customer in Account Contacts to find him/her faster, however, currently there is no formatting standard employed for phone numbers. By this, I mean that a phone number can look like any of the following examples:+46 123 4567012-345 67012-345670 1234567 etc…This means that if I wanna find all instances of this phone number, I would only get the phone numbers that are uninterrupted (which might not even exist).
