I have been getting this message when processing a Message Invoice. IFS has not been able to resolve the issue yet. I am in Apps 9 and ifsapp is also connected to the company in question.

1. Can we send Instant Invoices to Vertex from IFS. Examples Correction Invoices, Intercompany transactions, yearend bad debt write offs.2. Can we send use tax from IFS to Vertex3. Our system parameter “Specify if web database access security check is required” it is set to No.Security check is not used.
I found this related to POs that may work for suppliers. The last reply talks of a custom field solution.
Thanks for your response. My first thought also was to limit the permission sets but at this time they want to allow buyers to receive. Thanks for the direction on setting up a message as a work around. My thought would be also would be for consideration of data collection scanners but I think the custom event would take care of the majority of transactions in question.
