Hi @anushakh, The Dataset that you select will determine which resources and activities will show up in the Dispatch Console.You can use the Scheduling Dataset screen to set this up.If you toggle the Manual Scheduling, you can see that all the resources defined under the site connected to data sets will be appeared in the Dispatch Console.If you keep the Manual Scheduling turned off, only the Scheduling Resources will show up. Hi @ERCZSRHVAA, Only the he following platforms are compatible with the FSM mobile solution:Android Devices iOS Devices Windows Tablets and Laptops Currently it is not compatible with the HarmonyOS.

Hi Angelo, You can change the behavior of your survey using checkboxes which can be found in the top right of your survey.If the “Lock Results” check box is checked, then you cannot change the answers that you have given in the survey. You can untick this checkbox if you need to change already answered questions.Also, if you need to start your DRA survey as a fresh survey if you had to work in a different section of the building, check the “Show New” checkbox.I hope this helps. Hi Shobana, Skills can be specified on person records and task records and this skill information assists us in selecting a appropriate person/technician when assigning tasks.Are there any connection /relation between skills in task screen and assign button look up shown below ?You can define certain skills and skill levels under the skill tab of tasks. This skill and the skill level will be considered when you are assigning a technician for the task using the Assign button. Technicians appear in the assign button look up will be sorted according to the skill and the skill level.what is the purpose of Skills in task screen ? Like I said skill can be used to sort technicians when assigning tasks. Lets say you need technicians with the skill “Certified Technician” and with the skill level Advanced to handle a task. When you define the skill and the skill level accordingly in the task, FSM will fetch technicians with skill “Certified Technician” and “Advance” skill level when assigning th
