Hi @hgruben Below are the steps you have to follow1.First, remove the user connected to this site. (i.e. the user who created the site) (Navigate to >SitesPer-User window and delete the record for site)2. Then delete data from the Site/Extended Site Info tab.3. Now you can delete the header data for the respective site. In cloud 21R2 this was identified as bug and correction was provided with version 21.2.3-21R2 SU6.

Hi @tonybiagini As per the standard behavior when you select Int pur dir as supply code default info will not be selected But when the “Deliver from Supplier “ value in Customer Order/Delivery Information tab is same the customer order line’s supplier value then Default info will be ticked .

Creating a forecast part

Hi @IniYashoN Please check whether your site has been included in any of base flows/Combined flows defined in the demand plan server .You can simple check- navigate to demand plan server > Query relevant server IDs > Check the base flow and combined flows are connected to your site ( which this inventory part belongs ) .Basically you need to make sure that your site should connect base flows to create forecast parts.

Hi @tonybiagini When creating a customer order line for supply code Int Pur Dir unless the Deliver to Supplier value on the customer order header is the same as the supplier on the customer order line the default info check box will not be selected. In this situation the user goes and manually selects this check box. When duplicating or copying such a line the application will always consider the standard behaviour and not blindly copy data manipulated by the user.

Supplier for Purchase Part - Lead Time Auto

Hi @emilyk8r If you select leadtime auto enabled in supplier for purchase part record then the lead time in Inventory part will be automatically updated.No need to keep lead time always as 0 , Suppose you have existing lead time in inventory part record, but if you enable leadtime auto , then when you change the supplier manufacturing lead time , Inspection lead time system will automatically calculate purchase lead time and that will be fetched in inventory part record overriding the existing value. Field description for the Leadtime auto says:-If this option is enabled, lead times will be calculated automatically when the actual receipt date is later than the** Promised Delivery Date** field for the purchase order line. This setting should be used with caution as every time a late delivery is received, the Supplier Manufacturing Lead Time field in Supplier for Purchase Part page and Purchasing Lead Time field in Inventory Part/Main tab, Lead Times And Supply Dates section will be re

Hi @VanChampS Yes you can use create customer invoices window .If the shipment status is at closed , then You have to query connected customer orders ( to relevant shipment )in create customer invoices window and then Right-click and select Create Invoice.

Demand Planning Default Moving average period set-up

Hi @ravi.soni The moving average model gives a flat line forecast always (unless you add a seasonal profile to it)As an example if you have the following history 10 15 20 25 and are running a moving average model over 3 periods the forecast is(25+20+15)/3=20so the forecast will be 20,20,20,20,20,20 for as many period as you forecast into the futureIt’s Just a straight average line.IFS help describes –Sets all the periods of the forecast equal to the average of historical demand. The average is based on the number of most recent periods entered in the Moving Average Periods.

Export Forecast error

Hi @ravi.soni Usually, this window use to view the forecast that is exported to the rest of IFS applications. All the fields in this table are read-only. And also here Only forecasts made for a ‘Master flow ‘are exported. Kindly check whether your demand plan server set up has master flow.You can check that either in base flows or combined flows.

Hi @Mdangelo As per product development expertise new items must get its first forecast made by an educated guess, this can be done in several ways, several tools of this in Demand plan,It can be done from several levels, so it does not need to be done base flow by base flow (if there is only one base flow part then guess the forecast for the first 3-6 periods and the periods after this can be decided with the new history coming in).You can also use predecessors and start/end dates of the inheritance.

Demand Planner - Manual Historical Demand Planning Data

Hi @Henning Yes we can use manual historical data to be displayed in Demand plan client.In order to do that you need to define proper base flow SQL. The view is either comb_ext_inv_part_issue_pub or hist_ext_invent_part_issue the latter is only the manual historical data recs, the first is a join between the manual data and customer order (external_invent_part_issue_pub).

How do you setup Demand Planner in the APPS10 Demo Environment (PPE or on premises)?

Hi @cmdriordan Yes You need to define a demand plan server in DEMO environment (in IEE ).There you have to define flows (Base, Combined and Master), Period versions etc. - When creating SQL for a base flow we should have CONTRACT, PART_NO, ISSUE_DATE, ISSUE_QTY column in any table/data source in order to create a forecastUse "Demand Plan Server Setup Assistant" to do the set up. Use "Base Flow " to create more Base FlowsWhen the Create New Period version button is pressed, new Period IDs will be created. Finally, select RMB option to validate the created dates. then you have to installed demand plan server at the same time you need to install correct Oracle client version and TNS for demand server running machine.Whenever the Demand Planning Server is up and running (with GUI) you can see this in the system tray. The icon to the right is the Server icon, and it is indicating that the server is empty. 1.Now select the File-Setup menu. This opens the Forecast Server Setup wi

Hi @Link This check box is selected if the delivery address and the delivery information of the line and the header are the same. Delivery information means forwarding agent, mode of delivery, terms of delivery and delivery-from supplier etc.

Default Info in Customer Order

Hi @Link Usually, the default info check box is selected only when there are NO mismatching information in the order header level and the line level.If the check box is selected in an order line that’s meaning the address related informationwill automatically be set to the header values. If any address related parameter is changed in theline level creating a mismatch between the header and the line, the check box is cleared in the line.Only if the check box is selected, any relevant change in the header will be reflected in the order line.

Hi @Dilshani For App8/9/10 if you have the .msi SetupForecastServer64bit.msi /SetupForecastClient.msi you may first run SetupForecastServer64bit.msi and then SetupForecastClient.msi and install it to your local machine and setup the server accordingly.Follow the below path in a build home to find the .msiServer - win32server\Demand Server 64-bit\execute\ SetupForecastServer64bit.msiClient - win32client\Demand Client\execute\ SetupForecastClient.msi After installing demand plan server you need to define all basic data DP server ID/Basic flow/Combined flow with master flow and period versions. If you have configured, flows (Base, Combined and Master), Period versions etc. then you have to run the installed demand plan server. According to the standard design of the application, when you enter a new inventory part with a UoM, it is not allowed to change it.However, if this is a brand new part which you haven't used in any transaction, then you can simply delete the part and add it again if you really made a mistake in the UoM. But, please note that if you have used the part in any transaction, then you cannot delete as well

Requisitioner ID

there is not a way to set a default requisitioner. The way the process works, is you would have a Person setup linked to their User ID, then under Basic Data for Purchasing, on the Requisitioners Tab, you would add the Person ID. Then when creating a new Requistion the person logged on would automatically default in as the Requistioner.

Please check whether you have select online processing in shipment type>shipment control If this check box is selected, it indicates that when processing the shipment, the steps are processed online (preventing you from doing any further work until the shipment steps are processed). If this check box is cleared, the order steps are processed as a background job, allowing you to continue with other work in the application. If the shipment type includes stops at any step in the shipment flow, the shipment process will still be online when continuing the shipment flow.If so please check the background jobs and after that Do RMB on the header and select ‘Deliver ‘ as now the shipment status is at complete and next step would be deliver.

Customer Schedule - How To?

In order to do this you require A customer schedule agreement, as well as a customer schedule agreement per part, must have been entered and activated.And also a sales part cross reference has to be created.Once you have a Sales part cross reference then you need to create a ‘Customer schedule agreement and Customer schedule agreement part . both need to be at active status.After that we can create customer schedules ( plan or calloff )There are two types of schedules: plans and call-offs. The data included in these two schedules is virtually identical, though the meaning is usually different. In general, a customer plan is used to transmit future forecasts for planning purposes. This is equivalent to a customer sharing his MRP output with the supplier for future dates. A call-off generally represents specific shipping instructions for near-term.
